Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

L'alloggio indipendente, ricavato dal fienile, è completo di saletta da pranzo, comodo bagno ed ampia e luminosa camera con letto matrimoniale e letto da una piazza e mezza ideale per una coppia, famiglia o gruppo di amici, sino a 3/4 persone. Casera Gottardo is a creative project that incorporates past and present. The casere were the deposits for the maturing of cheeses in the 1800s. Today it is a place where light and materials intertwine in a space that soothes those who spend time inside. The house is located a few minutes walk from the Naviglio Grande, the Darsena, Tortona area, etc., 10 minutes walk from the green metro (Porta Genova stop) 20 minutes walk from the Duomo, while remaining in a closed and silent street.

Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen
