The house in typical Norman timber style is located in a quiet village, Bénesville. Via the long driveway you arrive at the carport and the house with its beautiful large, fully fenced, garden. The house is an ideal base for exploring the region. The beaches with the chalk cliffs, the charming Veules-les-Roses or the harbor town of Saint-Valery-en-Caux where you can buy fresh fish. In the wider area, you can visit Etretat, Varengeville, Rouen, Le Havre...

Old building typical of the Pays de Caux, on the edge of a private forest, ideal as a play area for children. Suitable for hiking, biking, horseback riding. Because your horses can also be hosted on the property. The Durdent Valley, from Héricourt, will take you to the beaches of the Hautes-Falaises. The ports of St Valéry-en-Caux and Fécamp are 30 km away. The Parc Régional des Boucles de la Seine will introduce you to the abbeys and its famous cottages.
