We stayed in late July 2024, and the place is obviously very new. The place has all of the essentials and even gives access to a large open space which appears to be used for weddings or other events. We will be back. I do recommend this place for groups that would need four rooms, kitchen, etc.

We were blown away at this clean and convenient Airbnb in College Station, TX. Rick and Chrysti have thought of everything! They went above and beyond providing all the comforts of home and made our stay comfortable and memorable. It felt like a resort experience! The Aggie themed decor, luxury amenities, high end linens and cleanliness of the house are top notch! We had an amazing time soaking in the hot tub and playing games, like mini golf, paddle board and cornhole, in the super clean and comfortable backyard space. This place is perfect for family gatherings or a weekend getaway with friends. The customer service and attention to detail were unmatched. We highly recommend this house and can’t wait for our next stay!

Great spot to rest and hang out when we weren't at game day! Huge fenced back yard, great sidewalks parks. The hosts were always available for questions.
