Cute & Clean!! Studio 208 is steps FROM the beach. This beachy condo is perfect for a much-needed vaca. Freshly painted & professionally cleaned! A queen-sized bed & pull-out leather sofa in the living area, a full bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen & breakfast bar plus a stackable washer/dryer. It has LIMITED views of the gulf from the private balcony. It's on the east side, 2nd floor & sleeps 3! This condo has newer appliances, tile floors, a new A/C & 40" tv. Must be 25 years of age to book.
