Holiday houses in Rocca di Papa

We had a wonderful time in Rocca di Papa! The home was very clean and our hosts were great with communication. Amazing view of the city + close to a grocery store + restaurants. Would recommend.

Paolo's villa was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for our family of five adults. It was spacious, with super nice beds and linens, a lovely kitchen with coffee and extra water provided, along with olive oil and other cooking basics. The view from the terraces and pool are postcard beautiful! We wanted to visit Rome, but did not want to take our rental car into the city, so we stayed in Marino and drove to Augusto metro to park and ride the metro into the city. Then at the end of our hectic day in crowded Rome, we came back to our pool to refresh and relax. And then only 15-20 minutes to Castel Goldolfo for an amazing dinner overlooking peaceful Lake Albano. At every step of our visit to Marino, Paolo gave helpful advice about restaurants, grocery stores, parking for the metro, and anything else. He was an amazing, very responsive host. We highly recommend this spectacular villa for the perfect visit to Rome or the surrounding areas. We wish we had planned to stay longer!

Giulia’s place was a nice little gem where I had everything that I needed. I slept well and it was quiet and peaceful. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and it was in a good location. It’s a close walk to the train station but pack light or take an uber/ taxi if you have a lot of stuff since there are stairs to the apartment and in the walk to get to the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised with the town and location, so if you want a more laid back alternative to being right downtown in Rome, this is great. Also her parents are super lovely and supportive. Giulia is super responsive and takes pride in her space. I’d stay here again 🤗

The villa, pool and garden were beautiful. Check in and out super easy. Saverio was really helpful, friendly and answered and any questions we had with a speedy response. We were only able to stay for three nights but would love to come again and would not hesitate to recommend.

This place was lovely. Mostly communicated with Ilenia and she was super responsive and helpful! We had trouble getting a taxi from the train station to bring us to the AirBnB, and she helped us to book one. She also brought over extra linens/blankets when we requested to set up the sofabed. Easy to find the key, and had to lug up our luggage up a flight of stairs but the apartment itself was awesome. Small little furnishing that really helped the BnB vibe. there's plenty of places to hang stuff in the bathroom and there's also plenty of shelves to lay things out. Both the bedroom bed and sofbed had proper mattresses that was great for a good night's sleep. Super walkable to the shops, restaurants and the papal gardens too. If ever I come back, will want to stay here again.

Rossana was a very helpful host, on the day of the check-in she picked us up in Frascati and on the day of the check-out we needed to take the train from Frascati at 6.30 am and she offered to accompany us despite the time! The house is very nice and well equipped and with four very nice and affectionate furry guardians who welcomed us as members of the family! Everything absolutely perfect

Beautiful, clean and spacious accommodation. On the main street. Many shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We parked a short distance from the apartment. The locals are cheerful and helpful.

Super beautiful location! High in the mountain next to a very large lake with a super beautiful view. Opposite a food stall. The road to the accommodation is an experience. As a car enthusiast, I really enjoyed it. The roads with hairpin bends, going up or down. As a car enthusiast, that was one of the most beautiful drives to the accommodation! And then the house itself on the residence, in a beautiful quiet location with a view of the mountains. The house itself is neat and equipped with everything you need. Living room is very colorful. You should love it. The small sofa is nice and soft, so you can really sit back. Private area with gate, no nuisance from others. Only sometimes is it a narrow path to get to the house. Laura & Alice, very nice friendly people 👌🏼everything was neatly explained and there was even Italian welcome food ready. Our time, money and stay was more than worth it. Will be our home again when we are in the area. 👏🏽
