The two-room apartment of about 40 sqm is located on the ground floor of a detached house in private property with courtyards and access spaces shared with the owners. It is located one km from the center of Fontanellato, 15 minutes from the Fiere di Parma and 10 minutes between the Fidenza and Parma Ovest highway exits. Recently renovated, ideal for business trips and tourism. Equipped internal courtyard and laundry room; parking space on the property. Bicycles are available. Rental for up to 28 days.

Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
