In the heart of Pacentro, the Stone House "I Due Gradoni" leans against the historic stone arch, symbol of the district. The high white stone steps of the Majella lead into the house: the mountain setting is welcoming, preserved in its vintage style. The house is spread across 3 levels and on the first we find the living area and the dining room with a smart TV for the most demanding. On the two upper floors, there are three bedrooms, a balcony with a view, two bathrooms, and the comfort of Wi-Fi and smart TV.

Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. Casa Marù is a small accommodation suitable for two or three people looking for tranquility and nature. It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
