Holiday houses in Roccamare

Family holidays We rented Federico's house for 10 days with our 11-month-old baby. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen and most of the bathrooms have been recently renovated and are therefore very functional. Federico is a very helpful person who is always ready to provide advice. The sea is a 10-minute walk from the villa (Federico put us in contact with a Bici Rent service that took us and took the bikes home) on the beach there is a private shed for the exclusive use of the house, really very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to those who want to enjoy the peace, tranquility and daily relaxation of a unique place like Roccamare. House and recommended place for those with small children. There were four of us, everything was as said beforehand. A wonderful place 700 meters walking distance from the beach. More than enough to see in the area, such as towns and of course Grosseto itself. We will most likely go here again. Thank you for the good care Claudia.

Deborah was an excellent host! Very accommodating. She welcomed us with a large fruit bowl and wine as well as drinks. And there was also a farewell gift. Very touching! We felt very comfortable at the place and had a priceless view of the sea. Grazie!

We spent a wonderful two weeks in Helmut's house. The location of the house is simply great, surrounded by nature overlooking the sea. We were able to enjoy this view every day. The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for a successful holiday. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly equipped, as well as the kitchen. For a vacation in this house, nothing remains to be desired for us. It was just perfect all around and we'd be happy to come back.

Livias Place was very peaceful and cosy by the small beach town of Punta Ala. Great for people with children or dogs, it had a lovely generous fenced in garden and was in walking distance to the beach. Beginning of October it is very peaceful and the sea is lovely and warm.Every morning we walked our dog to the local bakery store and had a coffee and delicious pastry. The house was very well equipped and cosy on the cooler autumn evenings. It is a lovely place with lots of room, and a pretty sitting place out front. Livia is a very friendly and responsive host. She met us at the entrance of the town and showed us the way to the house, and told us everything that we needed to know so that we fully enjoyed our visit with no worries at all. We definitely recommend this place and thank Livia for her hospitality.

Daniela and Giuliano's place is really a gem! The room is compact, with a small bathroom and kitchen, but perfect for two people. The view from the room is truly beautiful. Outside, you can sit in the sun or shade, with the same view over the Tuscan hills. The swimming pool is wonderfully quiet and offers a nice place to relax. Daniela and Giuliano are fantastic hosts. They are happy to help you with everything and run their own small vineyard. The wine tasting with them is an absolute must! And the sweet kittens were the icing on the cake!

Cute private house near the beach (5m drive). It is perfect for a family or 2 with young kids (or if you’re traveling with your pet): the house has an amazing garden where kids can play and hang out. The garden is shaded by huge pine trees which make it cool in the hot Italian summer. We had breakfast and dinner in the garden where there is a table large enough to sit 6 people comfortably. The outside dining area is under a porch. There’s reserved parking in front of the house and we didn’t have any issues with that. You might walk to a nearby coffee place or a restaurant but the roads don’t have sidewalks so better to be careful if you have a stroller or littles ones. The beach is not that far but in the heat of the summer I wouldn’t walk there (probably better in the spring or fall). Parking is available to the beach clubs and included in the beach club daily fee so we drove every day.

Jessica was so easy to coordinate with and we couldn't have been in a better location! The apartment is so charming and we had the best stay.
