Sebastiano’ place a real heaven in the heart of Chianti mountains in Tuscany. Amazing project, wonderful nature and history everywhere around. Place is so peaceful and unique. Just a dream which came true!

Very nice place with a great view, very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean and cozy. The only inconvenience were the squeaky doors.

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and stop for a moment. You will feel like you are in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, table tennis. You can have a barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning when you get up you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of shops. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

Margherita is very welcoming, good tips for the must-sees of the region, we had a very pleasant stay, comfortable bedding, spacious and well arranged house, a splendid swimming pool with views (about 20m long), lots of sunbed, air conditioning everywhere. So yes, the dirt road to get there may seem long sometimes but that's the price of tranquility. Only downside, the risk of having noisy neighbors on the lower or upper floor (which we had for 3 days).

This is an absolutely stunning place, on so many levels. The villa and surroundings look exactly like the pictures, but they can’t truly do justice to the tranquil beauty of the landscape and the comfort of the house. We loved this place. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. It was a bit cold for the pool, but we braved it a few times - hard to resist with the stunning view. The house is a quick walk to the tiny yet utterly charming town of Montebenichi, with its one lovely little restaurant (with wonderful food). There are other walks in the area, including down the road towards the nearby wolf sanctuary - the wolves add to the magical atmosphere with their baying at intervals during the day. The road to the house is narrow at times, and intimidating at first, but gets easier as you get familiar with the twists and turns. The overall location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, a quick drive to many of the top sites. This place delivers on the Tuscan dream vacation.

We had a great stay. The house matches the description very well and is perfectly equipped. Consuelo was super responsive and helpful and even brought us some olive oil and lettuce from the farm ☺️

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

We needed a last minute place to stay and Matteo and his mother were gracious enough to stay up and meet us for check-in, so we are very grateful! What a lovely property and family. We had a great night's sleep and were able to use the bikes to ride to the beach in the morning, which we really enjoyed. The area was quiet and peaceful and the views just lovely. Thank you for being flexible with our checkout time.

We had a great stay at Cinzia’s place. Spotless clean, minutes away from the beach. We were happy to have all the comforts of home and the apartment had all the needed essentials. The location was very convenient in a residential area, 3 minute walk to the beach and within 5 minute drive to supermarkets or the centre. Cinzia was a great host, welcoming and kind and helpful. Hope to return soon, we loved our stay in Castiglione, a great addition to our favourite Italian destinations ❤️❤️❤️

Gianfra’s place was really nice, even better than the pictures! Really spacious and the view from the balcony was incredible. Less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Capoliveri and the same amount of time to the lovely Barabarca beach. Gianfra (and Giusuppe) was a really good host who met us at the house and showed us round and explained everything to us. He even booked us a couple of restaurants and gave us some really good recommendations during our stay! Thank you Gianfra and Giuseppe!

We had the most amazing time in the house as well as walking around the city in the evenings. The location is perfect for everything from shopping to restaurants and wine tastings. A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

We loved staying in this beautiful home in Montalcino. It was even more beautiful and unique than the pictures! My family of five loved staying here- lots of space for everyone and it was fun to be right in the 500 year old town. We especially love having coffee and wine on the balcony.

The view from the terrace of the hills of Tuscany, the sea and the islands is priceless! It is a special experience when Rocco's flock of pigeons draws its circles tightly around the cottage. At night you can see fireflies in the meadow behind the house - magical! We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a dinner at the Toscani Ranch. It was a very warm, family atmosphere! The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. Casale Marittimo is just a stone's throw away and rightly recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We also made excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and down to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the Giardino dei Tarocchi. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car. The pine forest on the beach of Cecina is worth seeing, as is the Torre de Bibbone. You have to bring basic equipment for the kitchen, we recommend buying the delicious olive oil from Rocco! The villa is delicious, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything , it feels like it's at home The garden and terrace are beautiful , the enchanting view and ranges from Corsica ( you can see the sunset every night) to the island of Elba to the coasts of Italy The countless tables and lounge chairs make you enjoy every corner of the garden in a different way, the fence is very comfortable for those who have dogs ... mine had a great time and enjoyed the stay running and playing and it was very relaxing to know them safely Nearby there is a small grocery store and a bakery , Sant'Andrea is a very small village with a beautiful beach The caretaker and host are always available A truly memorable experience Thanks to the owners of the Villa who really thought of everything :)

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

This apartment is absolutely exceptional! Everything is perfectly combined for a memorable stay in this beautiful area: strategic location, close to the thermal baths, superb beaches!!! just 1.5 hours from Siena, Florence, and close to Pisa. The exteriors are pleasant, and everything is designed to make everyone feel comfortable, and even more. We were a group of 9 (adults, teenagers, children and a baby), and we all found our space thanks to an optimal layout. The apartment is huge and nicely decorated. As for Monica, she is much more than welcoming, she is a real gem! Her kindness, hospitality, clarity, understanding and adaptability far exceeded all our expectations. She made us feel perfectly fine. I highly recommend this unforgettable experience in this wonderful area. Thanks Monica!

We stayed at Susanna's from April 23rd to 27th and had a great time. Susanna welcomed us warmly and willing to give us all the useful information on places to visit and where to eat the local delicacies. The villa is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area with sea views. Our dogs were also able to roam freely in the garden because they were fully fenced and safely. Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.
