Holiday houses in Roccamare

Family holidays We rented Federico's house for 10 days with our 11-month-old baby. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen and most of the bathrooms have been recently renovated and are therefore very functional. Federico is a very helpful person who is always ready to provide advice. The sea is a 10-minute walk from the villa (Federico put us in contact with a Bici Rent service that took us and took the bikes home) on the beach there is a private shed for the exclusive use of the house, really very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to those who want to enjoy the peace, tranquility and daily relaxation of a unique place like Roccamare. House and recommended place for those with small children. We were looking for accommodation near Pineta Roccamare at short notice and then became aware of Leonardo's apartment. He was very courteous and always very easy to reach. Everything was clean. There was very well-functioning air conditioning and a great terrace. Leonardo even mounted the matching child seats on the bikes. All in all, it was really great.

Deborah was an excellent host! Very accommodating. She welcomed us with a large fruit bowl and wine as well as drinks. And there was also a farewell gift. Very touching! We felt very comfortable at the place and had a priceless view of the sea. Grazie!

Daniele and Maria Luisa were very kind and thoughtful guests: they welcomed us with great cordiality and, in addition to having clearly and exhaustively explained the house rules, they did not fail to provide us with numerous ideas and suggestions on what to do and what to see in the surroundings. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, close to the sea but in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for a family with small children like ours. If we were to go back for a local vacation in the future, we would be delighted to choose this place again!

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

Authentic Tuscan countryside experience, with amazing views and excellent facilities. Well located if you want to explore all that Tuscany has to offer.

Beatrice's house is a little gem: clean, tidy, spacious, cozy, complete with everything, also with a cool veranda with a manicured garden where you can have lunch together and let the children play. It also has two very comfortable parking spaces. It is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance of the beautiful sea and a two-minute drive from the center of Castiglione. Beatrice is a very caring host, you can immediately notice the love and passion she puts into making the house as welcoming as possible to make sure guests have a happy stay and return home satisfied. We had a wonderful week and it was hard to pack to return home! If you choose Castiglione as a vacation spot, Beatrice's homes are highly recommended! Thanks again for a great stay!

Daniela and Giuliano's place is really a gem! The room is compact, with a small bathroom and kitchen, but perfect for two people. The view from the room is truly beautiful. Outside, you can sit in the sun or shade, with the same view over the Tuscan hills. The swimming pool is wonderfully quiet and offers a nice place to relax. Daniela and Giuliano are fantastic hosts. They are happy to help you with everything and run their own small vineyard. The wine tasting with them is an absolute must! And the sweet kittens were the icing on the cake!
