A fantastic gem in a charming Italian town! Our host was so helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for walking around the town. Max’s Pub was around the corner and very helpful too! What an amazing town. Apartment was spacious for three of us. Super clean and comfortable.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

We had agreed great stay despite the intense heat! The place is well kitted out and has a ridiculously beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great too being only a few minutes drive to places to eat and drink.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

We looked for a place to stay that could accommodate 2 families and 1 little dog and this place is perfect because although it offers shared spaces, it has in fact 2 separate areas on 2 independent levels.

The host is fantastic and there were some lovely complimentary touches. This place is amazingly located, is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Thank you Cornelie, we will be staying again.

Catia and Andrea's house was perfect! Everything was super clean, there was everything you need to cook, I could wash clothes, the whole time I felt right at home. The location is stunning, with a huge private courtyard with a view of the mountains and the sound of the river. There are walking trails nearby and only 30-60 minutes by car, there are multiple mountains to hike up if that's your thing. I recommend Monte Amaro (difficult) and Monte Mileto (moderate). Above all, Catia and Andrea were two of the nicest hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Catia was extremely communicative before my arrival and when I told her what time I would arrive, her and Andrea suggested to meet them at a bar near the airbnb. Of course I accepted and I was met with beautiful hospitality, they bought me two beers and let me practice my Italian with them. And to top it off, they personally escorted me to show me the airbnb, and they also left some beer and two bottles of wine. Best experience yet!

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

I chose this apartment to have my parents and my aunts stay and they really enjoyed it! Spaces are well organized and tastefully furnished, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the beautiful Casa Giulietta. Jeroen and Els introduced us to their lovely rescue dogs and gave a full tour of the property. Included on arrival, as well as tea, coffee etc. was a hamper full of pasta, sauce and fresh bread. The fridge also stocked with various drinks, wine, fresh salami, jam and butter etc, very generous and plenty to get you started! There were toys for our child to play with and a trampoline in the enclosed garden. The mountain views are incredible and so is the peace and quiet! Amenities and some lovely towns within a 10/15 minute drive. Jeroen and Els are so accommodating and we would stay again for future visits. Thank you!

Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

Pictures don’t give this place justice! It’s was absolutely stunning, like out of a European magazine! Romano was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was extremely spacious for our party of 6 and ample amount of washrooms and bedrooms/beds. I have nothing bad to say, and without question would recommend this place. Highly recommended contacting Romano just to help you find it, as it’s slightly confusing to find. But he did tell us to contact him once we arrived in town. And the terrace …..breathtaking! Can’t wait to come back:) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

We spent a day in the structure of Domenico and we had a really good time, an ideal place if you want to escape the chaos of the city and relax in a comfortable hot tub... friendly and very kind owner, who recommended many places to eat and showed us the structure in the best way, treating us with a unique kindness. In addition, the apartment was impeccable both on the cleanliness and decor side, a beautiful experience...we will definitely be back

Everything was incredible! Truly. Luca met us and showed us where to park. He and his mother showed us the apartment with grace and caring. Furnished beautifully. I told him it was too nice for a rental (and I meant it). I rent fairly often and this place is amazing. As are the hosts. Don’t hesitate.

Excellent solution especially for those who have a newborn like me, Andrea and Giulia's cottage has recently been renovated and really has everything. The house, a few steps from the sea, is equipped with all comforts and was really clean and fragrant. Andrea and Giulia are super helpful, we will definitely be back.

The hosts were able to welcome us spontaneously when we had to change the apartment. They were very helpful and support us with lots of tips for things to do. The house is really beautiful, about 10 min from Chieti alto and 15 min from Francavilla. This is how you have mountains and beach. A good mix. We felt very comfortable.
