Apartamento en planta alta, super acogedor y con un balcón divino al atardecer, donde disfrutar escuchando el mar por la noche o los pajaritos por la mañana...pero sobre todo de la tranquilidad. Bien en las sillitas o en la hamaca paraguaya. A 150 mts de una playa espectacular y a 15 min caminando a La Pedrera. En el jardín encontrarás un parrillero , así como bancos y mesa. No se necesita usar el auto, podes ir caminando a la playa y al super más cercano.

Villa Margarita apartment.

Apartamento a pocas cuadras de la playa con piscina. Cerca de todo y muy cómodo. consta de tres unidades independientes . En una esta nuestro hijo quien se encarga de la piscina y jardín y la otra unidad está en PA y es para dos personas. Amplio jardín con arboles muy disfrutable. Zona tranquila con poco ruido. No apto para fiestas o ruido que altere el entorno. La piscina es compartida con el otro apartamento de dos personas.
