House in San Sebastián de La Pedrera, 2 blocks from the beach and 10 blocks from La Pedrera's main street. Located in a quiet and wooded area. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, it has two bedrooms, one with 1 single bed and a bunk bed, and the second on the upper floor en suite with toilet and double bed. It has a kitchen, refrigerator, living room, smart TV, wifi, wood stove, and a covered grill. Bedding is not included. They are two identical houses that share a wall, large groups can rent both.

The ranchito is located right on the north beach and just steps from downtown. It is ideal for relaxing and interacting with the natural environment offered by a magical place like Cabo Polonio.
