Monthly Rentals in Rochdale

We really enjoyed our short stay at Stables View. It’s a great property, well furnished and comfortable. Plus it feels like you’re in the middle of the countryside which was lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a second time, this time being a bit longer and once again I can only leave a glowing review. Brian was very communicative about any issues we had or any news regarding the property. As an example of this we had an issue with the dishwasher during our stay and he promptly responded and adressed the issue by replacing it with a new one at the quickest available time for both. The place itself was clean, situated next to lots of stores, grocery, food, take out, all just a few minutes of walk away. We also came with a car and Brian instructed where we could park for free and had no issues with that (it was about 5-10min walk). All in all, can recommend the place and the host, would definitely stay here again.

Recommending this place might work against me as I will be looking to book regularly with Luke. The place was exactly as described. My son felt right at home and had enough space to play with his toys. Beds were comfortable and we had everything required to use the kitchen. Thank you for being so responsive and I hope to book again with you in July, October and December.

We had a lovely stay! The value for money is incredible and the place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was so well decorated and looked so welcoming and cosy! We had enough space to park our two vehicles, and Heidy came outside in the rain to meet us when we arrived! She was a great host. Lovely private self contained annex. The space is really well thought through. The bed was very soft and like sleeping on a cloud. The fairy lights were gorgeous! The saniflow toilet took a bit of getting used to We really enjoyed our stay and I will definitely look into coming back here if I’m ever travelling this way in the future Thank you!
