Villa holiday rentals in Roche

No problems whatsoever. It is a great area to spend a holiday and the house was perfect for our family with 2 little children. Plenty of space in and around the house. Despite some very hot weather the house was always nice and cool inside.

We had a great vacation here. Jose’s casa was spectacular! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a rental car and found lots of nearby beaches and attractions too. I would highly recommend this airbnb and definitely hope to be back one day! Thanks Jose!

The place is stunning, and only a short taxi ride from Jerez. Eduardo was responsive and super flexible. The house was fully equiped and the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had a perfect time in this house in Chiclana. The house is taken care of in detail, clean, comfortable and with everything you need to feel at home. The hosts were exceptional: attentive, friendly, and always available. They even offered to shop for us because we were late, a gesture that we really appreciated. Without a doubt, an experience of 10.

El Cortijo is an absolutely lovely house on a gorgeous finca! Romantic and authentic! House is extremely well kept and superbly equipped. Highly recommended for a family vacation if u like nature in style and a certain degree of isolation. Only downside I can think of were the mosquitoes, which swarm in after sunset and do not allow for dinners outside.

Beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood at walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Tastefully decorated and equipped with a cozy living room and handy kitchen. I'm glad there are 2 spacious clean bathrooms. Pool and garden are super. Unfortunately a little too cold the week we stayed there, when the weather was a bit disappointing. The garden offers a lot of privacy and the parking on the property is convenient. Good base for exploring the area.

Excellent, responsive and helpful host. Delightful house with large exquisite botanical garden. 15 minutes from local town with good restaurants and large supermarkets. Highly recommended.

Joselu gave us a very friendly welcome and just the right amount of useful information on restaurants in and outside of Arcos de la Frontera and how to stroll to the sights and views of this historic town. Upon our request he also gave an additional tip on a local Passover procession taking place during our stay and we enjoyed every minute of it. The house makes you feel immediately at home as if you have always lived there. (You wish!) The house is spacious, luminous, modern, clean, everything at one level, very agreeable; the house just gets you into a good mood. The swimming pool was clean and very refreshing, even in the month of April. There was enough privacy. In short, this house is top notch. The daily drive along the cypresses lane made me feel like Maximus Decimus Meridius in Gladiator I, or, better still, like a movie star in Beverly Hills. There is nothing that can keep you from having a great stay!

What a wonderful place! The property is extraordinary with the house built into the cliffs. Two incredible gardens including a little swimming pool and absolute privacy. Perfect place to switch off, re-set the battery and refresh away from any form of stress. Huge thanks for the responsiveness to our various questions. We even received a gift of a dozen freshly laid eggs from the cleaning lady. Just wow in every way

This is a very special property and the perfect place for our family to host a special holiday reunion. The views are breathtaking, the facilities of the house really excellent, but most impressive was the sense of living in a home and not simply a rental property. A special thank you to Ana and Curro who were both exceptional in how they looked after us.

We had an amazing time with 3 families! Everything was perfectly equipped: comfortable beds, full kitchens, great showers, and each house had its smart TV and outdoor space. The saltwater pool was spectacular, with plenty of sun loungers, a nice bar and a cozy sitting area. The houses were impeccable and well-stocked with the basics, plus large towels for the pool or beach. The location is perfect: just 7 minutes from the beaches of the Costa de la Luz and 5 minutes from supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and Dia. The place is in a very quiet area, next to La Breña Natural Park, ideal for nature and hiking. Although at first the price seemed high, calculated per person (€50 per night), it turned out to be a fantastic offer for this level of luxury. Thanks Oscar, we'll definitely be back!

Great house, location and host.

Beautiful home which is even better in real life vs. Photos. The area is very quiet and private with beautiful views. You can access the local beach on foot. Great for larger families.

Chari and Raul were very helpful, quick to respond and gave us really useful local information. The Villa was in a quiet spot, a little out of town so a car is recommended. 10 minutes to the harbour by car or 10 euros by taxi. El Puerto de Santa Maria is very Spanish which we loved and has great restaurants. The local beaches are stunning and it’s within easy reach of Càdiz which is beautiful and historic. We would highly recommend the villa - it’s the best equipped and furnished we’ve every stayed in (7 adults). The town and area are well worth a visit if you want a truly Spanish experience.

Excellent facilities to enjoy a few days of rest. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the house. The outdoor area is unbeatable and the interiors are very complete. Thank you very much Carmen Maria.

Great villa, so much space, huge pool and garden. Will definitely return. For small children there’s a few stairs and balconies that need blocked up but otherwise perfect!

I have always loved Roche as a vacation destination. Carolina and Daniel's place is great. The pool is fantastic, the kitchen well equipped, and the comfortable and functional rooms and common spaces. We had a great vacation.

Wonderful place, it's better than in the photos, very comfortable, everything works very well, the kitchen is very well equipped, comfortable beds, super well maintained pool area. The fans worked very well to alleviate the heat. I would repeat 100%. Rafael was attentive and easy to reach.

We spent two very comfortable weeks in Ana's house. We really liked the peaceful location and enjoyed the garden looking out onto open countryside. The house was just as described in the listing, and everything was modern, clean and functional. Communication with Ana was excellent, and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. Ana very kindly agreed to allow us to charge our electric vehicle at the house for an agreed cost, which was very convenient for us, and enabled us to explore the surrounding area without worrying about finding an EV charger. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Fantastic villa close to the sea. We enjoyed the pool and gym; the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a useful barbecue too. Antonia met us and gave us a comprehensive tour of the property, she was helpful and responsive and went the extra mile, even bringing us local bread and leaving us a bottle of local wine. We would highly recommend staying here.

Views and the facility are outstanding. It is the ideal place to stay at the house during the entire stay and enjoy the calm and the nature. The access is through a dirt road and it is about 15 minutes from downtown. Overall a highly recommendable place for a group of friends / family.
