A quiet getaway close to town. The home was perfectly French and comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating to lounge or eat.

Everything was perfect, I'd recommend it unseen! The accommodation is very pleasant, functional and the decoration is done with a lot of taste and creativity. It's great for a romantic getaway. Don't hesitate to stay there for several nights, there's everything you need. And a little nod to the surprise, very nice!

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

We had the possibility of leaving the bags in a collective space before the time of check-in and check-out, which made the trip more smooth and light. We had a great 4-day stay in Tours for my partner's birthday. The apartment is very nice, well arranged and perfectly functional. It is ideally located in the heart of old Tours, with everything nearby: restaurants, bars, shops, walks... Parking is quite easy thanks to the paid or free parking lots located nearby. Our hosts were very responsive and attentive: they sent us all the useful information in advance to facilitate our arrival, locate the apartment and locate the parking lots around, which greatly simplified our settling in. Note: The apartment is located in a very lively street, with two bars just below. This creates a lively and festive atmosphere, but can generate noise until late at night (usually until 2 a.m.). It will therefore be more suitable for young travelers or those accustomed to dynamic city centers

Great experience! Lorène was very welcoming, warm and available. The accommodation is very well decorated, very clean and well-equipped. Convenient location, a short walk to the city center. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back.

Great stay! The owner is very responsive, available and accommodating — we were late (1:30 a.m. on a Saturday night) and he still welcomed us warmly. He also took the time to prepare personalized recommendations for us, which he had tested himself, which was a big plus. Very nice and flexible on arrival and departure times. The apartment was faithful to the photos: clean, quiet, well located (right in the city center but in a quiet neighborhood). A really good experience. We recommend it!

My wife and I had a lovely week in Tours and used François apartment as a base to explore the Loire valley and visit its many Chateau’s. The apartment is exceptionally well kept and fully equipped and is located in an ideal spot to explore the city on foot. The included underground car parking is very secure and the apartment is then easily accesible by lift. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay in Tours! The apartment is ideally located, a stone's throw from the train station and the convention center. A supermarket is just down the street, which is very convenient. The residence is quiet, with an elevator leading directly to the 4th and last floor. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very pleasant, you immediately feel at home. A big thank you to Pauline for her responsiveness and flexibility, especially for my late arrival. I recommend it without hesitating!
