Holiday rentals with a patio in Rochefort

We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet! We only stayed one night but it totally matched our expectations.

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for meals or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage or car and bicycles are sheltered. Pleasant stay in this clean, bright, peaceful and tastefully decorated accommodation! Located at the foot of the bike paths, everything is easily accessible by bike. The patio with a very well furnished and flowered terrace without any neighbors is a real plus! I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful modern house. Would return. Only thing to consider is that one of the double rooms is a sofa bed and if you have more than 3 children, one is on a mattress on the floor but comfortable.

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great Pentecost weekend, the accommodation is very nice and quiet. The sun was out, we were able to enjoy the pool. About 10 minutes from La Rochelle, by car. i would recommend this place
