Relax in this quiet and elegant village house. It is an old silk factory: silkworm breeding until the 19th century. Noisy parties and evenings prohibited. 3 km from the center of Montélimar, 1 km from the Via Rhôna, 100 m from the grocery store. Parking is free, parking monitored by cameras at the end of the street "passage frères Christophe" and in the square where "l'épicerie Mélanie" is located. There are spaces in front of the house. Your bikes are safe in the garden.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this unique accommodation on the ground floor of 45m2 tastefully renovated in what was, in medieval times, the cellar of a butcher shop. There is a main room with a kitchen, living/dining room as well as a toilet, and a bedroom overlooking a shower room. The vaulted ceilings preserve the charm of the old and make it atypical. Only 8km from Cruas power station, it turns out to be perfect for agents on business trips.

In a small medieval village between Drome and Ardèche, on the banks of the Via Rhôna you can spend a peaceful holiday in Rochemaure. The cottage is an independent part of the owner's house. It comprises a bedroom and a living/kitchen, a garden. You can enjoy the large pool shared with the owner, visit the village, cross its Himalayan footbridge or visit the Ardèche (bridge of arc valley at 45 minutes, gorges of the ardèche...)
