Such a beautiful place. Very comfortable, warm and relaxing. The views were amazing, the sunrises next level. Facilities were great. Beds very comfy. Gardens were so pretty. Kitchen easy to use. Lounge room and woodfire so warm and cosy. A lovely place to spend Mother's day weekend. Thank you

Louise's Opossum Bay house is the perfect cozy and quiet spot. I take my dogs on beach walks everyday. Everyone is friendly and Louise has been so accomodating and responsive. There's so much natural light and the house stays nice and warm during winter.

One of the best places I've stayed at - very special location. Only issue we had was a contankerous TV remote which froze and required the unit be reset continuously - otherwise a perfect property.

Sea House is such a magical place from the gardens to the views, beach access and the comfort of the house made our stay really wonderful and the balm we needed. Liz was gave great information before we arrived and was really responsive. Can’t wait to get back.

Winkle Shack is a totally delight! Lovely home away from home in a beautiful location. Views across the bay, dolphins, seals and numerous birds all seen from comfort of balcony. Beach walks and sunrise at Pirates bay and great base to explore the outstanding Tasman peninsula. Would totally recommend staying here

Fabulous! Just like holidays when I was a kid - so nostalgic! Loved the 50s colours & decor & the thoughtful touches like hot choc & marshmallows, which were most appreciated after a long drive. Plenty of cookware and crockery, a lovely hot shower, comfy lounges and beds. Great range of DVDs to suit all tastes. and so many beautiful places to visit around the peninsular. Best of all - that beautiful beach through the back gate!! Really appreciate that you allow pets & have fully fenced yard. My little dogs had a fantastic time frolicking on the beach as did I. We definitely want to come back!

Can highly recommend! Honni is a fantastic host and the beach house really has everything you need. The view (both directions) is just incredible. It was clean, tidy and well presented. The weather was cold and raining at times but the fire was lovely and cosy. An amazing place to stay!

This was our second stay at Fair Winds, we couldn't help but visit again! The home is located in such a pristine spot with amazing bird life and wonderful views. Enjoyed the tub and fireplace and felt right at home. Thanks for having us again!

Very cozy beach house right by the sea. The area is quiet and wonderful for relaxing. You have the beautiful beach almost to yourself. A piece of paradise. Kristen is a great hostess and shared all the information we needed. The house has everything you need. Would recommend it to anyone.

We booked Ann’s place to relax and reset after a busy few months. It was everything that we had hoped for. The place has beautiful views and is light and bright. We love to cook and Ann’s kitchen has everything you need to cook a beautiful meal. There is a fantastic selection of CD’s, DVD’s and books which we made use of. The house has such a homely feel with comfy couches for lounging. What a gorgeous place, we absolutely loved it.

We loved this sweet, cosy, sunny cottage. The beach is a short walk away and we spent hours there. The kids loved the wildlife spotting and we sat on the big lazy boys in front of the fire in the evening - couldn’t ask for a nicer mini break!

A peaceful stay in a well appointed house with all the mod cons. Lovely outlook over the River Derwent. Was able to relax in front of the fire and watch the world go by. Jack was a great host.

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

Location is everything… but so is this holiday house. Extremely well equipped for a Bruny island getaway and well located for exploring this pristine area. Huge thank you to the host who have provided a very comfortable bnb.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Front Retreat! Steve and Theresa were amazing hosts—very kind, accommodating, and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. The house was clean, comfortable, and warm when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. It's in a great location—easy to drive to and conveniently accessible from both the city center and the airport. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to come back and stay again!

What an incredible oasis! 10 best friends enjoyed a magical birthday weekend at Saltcotes. Incredible location and views, extremely well stocked house and a home that felt like home. Morning swim followed by lunch with a view - it won’t disappoint. Cannot wait to return in the future.

Our host Nancy’s communication was great, and the detailed, helpful information provided before and during our stay made everything so seamless. The main house tour was such a delight, setting the tone for the incredible experience. As for the location, it's truly heaven on earth. I honestly believe I will never stay anywhere prettier! The house itself is styled to absolute perfection, with insane attention to detail in every corner. But without a doubt, it was that breathtaking main view and the stunning, color-coded bookcase that truly stole the show and captured my heart. We were blown away by this gorgeous property! The house was absolutely idealic for our group with stunning views, spacious rooms and fire wood ready to go on these colder months. But the real compliments go to the hosts, who were so accomodating, responsive and proactive! We never felt like a bother and they were so happy to make our stay as comfrotable as possible! We absolutely fell in love with Roches Beach and will be back for sure!

Awesome location in a beautiful neighbourhood and you can see mount wellington out the kitchen window. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfortable furnishings. The space heaters in the bedrooms were great and worked well, but the dining room got pretty cold in the winter though. Would love to come back to experience this house in the summer.

Loved our stay at Orford. What a beautiful house, great for entertaining a big group of people. Perfect location, walking distance to plenty of beautiful beaches and to the pub! Jess & Gavin are great communicators, very prompt and helpful with responses. We will be back!

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

We LOVED this beautiful house. Right on the beach, with seals and dolphins playing out front. The kids loved jumping off the jetty. The house had everything you could possibly want, right down to martini glasses. The rooms were beautiful, the house warm and cosy, and the beds comfortable with gorgeous linen. We will stay again.
