absolutely amazing! super close to everything I wanted to do, Colin was easily available if I needed him. apartment was exactly as advertised, will definitely book again next year!

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, which has a great location near the waterfront. The house itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, perfectly blending charm with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long walks exploring the waterfront and the town of Walkerville. Brent was a great host. He was very welcoming and his house was an excellent stay in a quiet neighborhood. My sons (18 & 20) and I had fun trying to solve the personalized mystery presented to us. My bedroom was very quiet and I slept very well. Brent was sure to have the house well stocked with various supplies a person might need. I will definitely try to stay again if I am in the area.

We were staying fora medical procedure. So we didnt try restaurants or sight seeing Christine was quick with her responses to our questions. We were very comfortable. Thank you!

Me and my family loved it here. Claudia and Renee were super helpful and quick to answer any questions. The house is beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was super clean. The kitchen was fully functional. Plus, they have a lot of games that kept my whole family entertained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A perfect stay. Duda's place is so calm, peaceful, and beautiful. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi after a long day of traveling. The bed slept really well too. Although it is June, it was still nippy at night so Duda honored our request to use the fireplace. We were visiting Detroit, but we'd love to come back just to visit Windsor to explore more - and of course, stay here again and again!

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

Justin’s place is even better than the photos! It’s huge and solid and so beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and will hope to visit again.

Property was exactly like the photos. Cindy had amazing communication and was very helpful. So many coffee shops and restaurants nearby we didn’t need to use our car once. We will only stay here from now on in Ann Arbor!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

Lovely condo, close to stores and not far from airport. Very well maintained space, lots of nice touches to make it feel extra cozy. I would highly recommend staying when needing a comfortable stay while in the area. It was helpful that the condo rental came with a parking spot.
