Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Rochester

The house is located near a busy residential street, but that was great for accessing the locations we were visiting. It had all the space we needed and Jaymi was very responsive. For those with pet allergies, I will say that my daughter was a bit sniffly, but it wasn't too bad. We booked in a hurry and couldn't find a pet-free place, so that's definitely not Jaymi's fault and I bet families with dogs would be very happy at the house. :) We really appreciated Jaymi's flexibility and responsiveness.

Through no fault of Cassandra's, we had to cancel the reservation right after the check in date. The house itself seemed to be just fine for the few minutes we spent there trying to determine if it would work, but I had overestimated my father-in-laws ability to to freely move around in the house since he is dependent on a walker and an oxygen tank. We had to find him other accommodations that were fully handicap accessible with a roll-in shower and no steps. So, my apologies to Cassandra. She was very responsive and gave good directions for the check-in process.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 night at a very reasonable price. It is a beautiful one story home exactly like the pictures. Two nice bedrooms, a great kitchen, nice bathroom and living room space. It is located in a perfect spot almost in the middle of Rochester. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to get places. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Check in was super easy and so was checkout. It as the perfect getaway we hope to either rent this house again or another with the same host! 10/10 I would recommend this place.

Great place to stay with littles. I love that they have a play area in the basement. Nicely remodeled bathroom and plenty of space. Comfortable furniture.

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Rochester. Sarah was an exceptional host and her house was beautiful! It is hard to find truly elevated accommodations when traveling with your fur-baby, but this house checked all the boxes for our roadtrip to MN to catch up with family and friends. We appreciated having a full garage to park in and a private backyard for our dog. The neighborhood is newer, safe and very walkable - we even located a park steps away as well as a doggy park a short drive away. This felt like our home away from home. We will definitely seek out this property again and highly recommend both this house as well as our amazing host, Sarah!

Location was a close drive to the Mayo Clinic buildings for follow-up appointments. Nice linens and bedding and it felt clean. It had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels , dish soap and hand soap. The stacked washer and dryer in the master bath was very convenient. Only thing I would improve is it did not have a full size refrigerator, so I had to be very careful with what I bought at the grocery store. Other than that it had nice pans and dishes. I would stay here again.

This place is tremendous. Pamela’s home feels so awesome like you are on a luxury vacation but so comfy it feels like home! Literally everything you could need or want. Everything is top notch. No cut corners here. From the furniture, the bed and beddings, TV, soft blankets, the view!!! I could go on and on. The kitchen is perfection. Modern and all the pots, pans, silverware etc are upscale. Heavy duty and a breeze to use and clean! The kitchen was so fun to cook in! The deck upstairs has a beautiful view and a really cool huge table: The theater and game room was so fun. The TV is ginormous… we had a blast up there. The themed rooms are done so nicely and the beds are big and comfy! The master bedroom has a huge closet and the connecting bathroom is a fantastic. The heated floor tiles are a dream! The garage is huge and the neighborhood is lovely Do not hesitate to book this place, it is exceptional and the host is wonderful and very accommodating. A+++

Like so many we came to town for healthcare and this host and home met our expectations and we would/will stay here again if we come back and house available at similar price point. The reason we chose LeAnn's house is 1) walk in shower and 2) only a couple stairs up and into the entryway. Once inside we had everything we needed on the main first floor. No stairs or steps on main floor. There was a WIFI hiccup during our stay. These things happen and LeeAnn was proactive in making quick arrangements to get this fixed. We were comfortable and always looked forward to coming home. Thanks for everything LeeAnn.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house! It’s centrally located, yet quiet at night, and the neighbors we ran into were very friendly. Our kids loved the heated pool (and the amazing pool toys!), and it was great being so close to the lake - each morning we walked the path/sidewalk to spot eagles and other wildlife. One night, we built a bonfire in the solo stove - super fun. Beau was also very communicative and responsive. Definitely a trip to remember!

Great visit to a great little City. Pool was open and clean - which the kids loved. Felt nice and clean and newly remodeled.

We stayed while our daughter was at Mayo for a medical procedure. Super quick and easy to get to hospital and clinics. Very close to groceries and restaurants. Hosts were always proactive and very accommodating. Very spacious! Perfect for family with children. Very clean! Will stay again if available when we return for follow-up visits.

This was the perfect accommodation for our family wedding needs! We were able to spread out - finding everything we needed! And there were even extra amenities available for a baby!

We had a wonderful stay for a wedding in Rochester, with space for everyone and everything we needed to cook a few meals and enjoy ourselves. It was great to have a comfortable living space to unwind in the evenings. Thank you!

The apartment was beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with very comfortable beds. The private rooftop patio was a so enjoyable. It is within walking distance of downtown Rochester restaurants and Mayo Clinic buildings. Just an across the footbridge to Mayo Park you can easily access the skywalk and subway system of the Mayo buildings by entering the Civic Center. Kevin and Anika were very very responsive to any question we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apartment is a great find!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. The house felt very homey and had all the amenities we needed. Her kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc and the rooms were all a good size. Lovely neighbors and easy walking access to Mayo!

My husband and I stayed here while I was getting treatment at the Mayo Clinic. We were in Rochester for 5 weeks. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside the home. Perfect for our needs and very cozy. We highly recommend! Note that if you’re staying between November to April be sure you follow the city rules for which side of the street you can park on after permit hours (or even during permit hours if you get a permit). This is only important if you ever park on the street. You can park on the side of the house which is convenient, of course, and that’s what we did most often.
