Our place is a 1980's barn/woodshop that never housed animals that has been converted into a lovely three bedroom home.We are 20 minutes from Rikert 2019 hosts of the Bill Koch Festival and the Middlebury College Snow Bowl.The place is light and airy with southern and eastern sun.The main living room has 13 foot ceilings with lots of couches, arm chairs and places to hang out, read and or relax.We are in the heart of the Green Mountains with skiing and colleges, an easy drive from the house.

Luxurious log cabin on the edge of the Green Forest National Park. The house is set in a peaceful and quiet location overlooking many miles of Vermont mountains. Ideal for families and those seeking peace and solitude. Hiking and cycling trails at doorstep. 10min drive to local town of Hancock and a further 10min drive to Rochester. Wild turkeys often seen wandering across the front lawn. Wild deer and moose are in the woods. Ruby throated humming birds come to feed at the kitchen window.

Red Acre Cottage is an easy drive to Killington/Pico, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Rikert Nordic Center/Blueberry Hill XC skiing, Suicide Six, and Stowe Mountain.

Vermont Highland

Large private home built in 1890. Stained glass windows, pocket doors. 4 bedrooms, 9 beds ...two of the bedrooms have 1 queen and a daybed with trundle, third bedroom has 1 queen and fourth bedroom has a daybed with a trundle (this room is still awaiting some floor work but is function-able for sleeping) and a full size couch can be used as well in the TV room which has doors for privacy. Renovated one room school house. Spacious, open space. Music room has been converted into a bedroom. European style kitchen area. High ceilings with fans and air-conditioner. Propane fireplace. Off-street parking. High speed internet and 65 inch Roku TV with surround sound. Three season screened porch. Also, we have recently introduced a NO CLEANING FEE policy as our way of saying "Thank You" for respecting our property and guidelines.

The McKinley House

In the village of Rochester. Walk to bakery, cafe, tavern, grocery, and town green. Hiking, biking and Nordic ski trails! Thirty minutes to SugarBush, Pico, Middlebury, and Killington. Located in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest. We are dog friendly but we require a conversation about it before you can show up with your dog. We charge $100 pet fee for your stay.

Only 30 minutes from Killington/Pico ski resorts, and 20 minutes from Mountain Top Inn and Chittenden Reservoir, Colburn's Carriage House is a charming and convenient getaway. Situated on over 2 acres of private back yard, overlooking beautiful Sugar Hollow Brook in the heart of Pittsford, Vermont. Walking distance to village general store, library and the Pittsford trail system.
