What a wonderful week long stay! Super Clean! Bed was comfy :) Private and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We will definitely book again for our next visit to town! Thank you :)

Brent’s place was the only thing that didn’t go wrong on our trip. Curtis (co-host) was so kind and friendly when we met him doing landscaping for the properties they offer. Brent was very understanding of some changes to our plans and was a great host to work with.

I was in town for a conference at EKU. The location is perfect—I could walk to campus each day. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend to anyone who is in town for a university event. It’s become my go-to spot when visiting Richmond. The place is exactly as described. The host is proactive and knowledgeable and responsive.

Communication was undoubtedly the best you could get! Not only did she make the guests feel welcomed with cinnamon rolls as a warming gift, but she also arranged to have the place cleaned again for my son and his new wife to stay in for their after wedding night! This Airbnb was literally 2 minutes from the venue which was such a big help considering they had to run back and forth several times! We could not have been more pleased with the price, communication, location, and hospitality! If you are getting married at Oak Hill Gardens, you need to 100% stay here! Side note: This town suffered great loss the weekend before due to a tornado that destroyed a lot of their neighborhoods. Despite this tragedy, the owner made the weekend extra special and kept nerves calm and everyone at ease. We truly appreciated this and we send love and prayers to London 🫶🫶💯

Happy to be a repeat guest at Centre Lofts - so much better than the bypass hotels, such nice construction and furnishings, and unbeatable access to campus! Will return!!

Arnold Place was an exceptional stay! The location was quiet, serene, and exactly as described. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a smooth stay. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful place! we had a great time, it was very relaxing! the mountain views around the area were breathtaking! the cabin was cute and very comfortable. we had fun watching wildlife outside too, had a curious raccoon come say hello by the deck window 😄 and the hosts were friendly and very helpful with a house guild of things to do around the area. 10/10 great time!

The cottage was a perfect place off the beaten path. Everything was as described and the amenities were a plus. Thanks for a nice stay!

This home located just up the road from Berea College campus is clean, spacious. and in peaceful surroundings. Lovely wood finishes and artful decor. Steps to enter front and lack of walk-in shower to be considered for individuals with mobility concerns. Would book again if in area.

The bedroom with the Queen had a closet but it was locked. We would like to of had something to hang our clothes up. The rooms were wonderful.

Woodson Bend is always a great place to be. We love the pool, ability to put your own boat in the water at the resort, the golf and the golf cart community. Debbie’s place is clean, well stocked and as it is shown in the pictures and description.

This was a great stay! Robin was very communicative, and made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I 100% recommend this location to anyone else. It fit 6 of us very comfortably. I would absolutely stay here again.

This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was great and the area was very peaceful. The owner was super friendly and easy to work with. We were a last minute booking and a late arrival and he was ver accommodating. Will definitely stay her again.

Wendy was a great host. We frequent Woodson bend and I will be saving her place as an option in the future. Walk to the pool in less than 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything. You will need to purchase ice as the fridge did not make any, not a big deal since you can get a bag at the guard shack for a few bucks. The only thing I will mention is that I believe owner has a dog so if you have allergies, be mindful of this. My wife dealt with allergies during our stay so she avoided the living room and took Benadryl to help. We were gone most of the day at the pool or on the lake. Overall, nice and peaceful, would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely updated condo with plenty of room. Convenient to pool, playground and restaurant. Stools around the kitchen counter instead of table with chairs.
