The cottage is a 5 minutes scenic walk to the shore,7 minutes to a cafe and 12 minutes to Rockcliffe beach. The marina village of Kippford with 2 pubs and a cafe is a 1 mile walk. 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. It is beautifully furnished throughout with colourful artwork,a large kitchen. It has a conservatory with views to the coast, open countryside with amazing sunsets. The cottage has large, colourful secluded garden, a spacious seated outdoor patio with a chimnea, and barbecue.

It is perched just above the waves with the most beautiful views across Portling Bay to the white sands of Merse Head nature reserve. The Lodge is not in a holiday park it stands alone with it's own private driveway, parking and garden. It’s so quiet, a retreat to escape and relax, by sitting watching and listening to the waves.
