Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, wardrobe, kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart TV (Netflix, Disney & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children (10 & 12), a Labradoodle dog, 2 cats & guinea pigs who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky.

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden, Tempur mattress and outdoor, hot shower! My unit is number 5. I won't be there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.
