Good stay, the host is very attentive, the place is small but it is very well distributed and decorated, it is very cozy, highly recommended

Positive points: The property itself surprised us positively, it is very spacious, especially the area. In a small, well-maintained and tidy condominium. In the photos, it even looks smaller than it really is. The beds are good, each room has its own bathroom, essential for group travel. If you're looking for a more secluded place, this is the right choice. Even more so for those who have animals, as was my case. Wifi City works. Negative points; Cleaning of the cutlery and needs maintenance on some doors. Lots of mosquitoes (bring plenty of repellent!) and having to cross the road to get to the beach, in our case it was “easy” because it was low season.

The beautiful backyard with pool, barbecue area, and sauna was so enjoyable we hardly left. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. 10/10 will come back

The house is very cozy, it's beautiful! Amanda was essential, I had difficulty finding it because it was night, and she helped me, I also had problems with the remote control battery and she made sure to send an employee to deliver new ones so that I wouldn't miss my series and listen to music on the television. I will definitely come back

I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

An incredible place, we were received in a sensational way, everything was clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny paid.

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

Excellent accommodation, close to the main points of the city. The house has a huge barbecue and pool area, large and clean rooms along with the whole house, we will definitely come back again. Apart from the quick communication, whenever it was necessary, I felt at home and with my friends.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! The house is beautiful, fully stocked, and has several amenities including a pool. Marta was very responsive over message, and the housekeeper greeted us with cheese bread and fresh lemonade. Highly recommend to other guests!

The stay was perfect! The house matches the description and photos exactly. I was pleasantly surprised, as one of the rooms has two double beds, which was great for us. I recommend that, when booking, you bring personal items such as toilet paper and towels. I forgot to bring a towel and there was only one available for me and my husband. Otherwise, everything went well, and the girl Erica who received us was very kind and receptive to us!

Francisca and her husband were in charge of our breakfast and house cleaning, they were super welcoming and always available for us. We loved and super enjoy our stay at Tiagos place! We went in 9 people and the house served us perfectly. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are very good, kitchen with two powerful refrigerators, and a very spacious outdoor area. The house is very close to the Rocket Beach, to walk peacefully. I had never stayed on this beach and I liked it a lot, being more quiet and very beautiful, being halfway to Praia do forte and Arraial. The house was clean. About Thiago, he was very helpful and always responded to us quickly. Constructive criticism: the Jacuzzi takes a long time to heat up and the circuit breaker key can't handle, we just connect the Jacuzzi and the misteira and she fell. Another thing is that not all rooms/bathrooms have mirrors, women mostly can be a problem. In conclusion, the house is great, even for several people, and the helpful and reliable host. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing experience at the Dunas house and we want to thank the caretaker Rocha and his family for taking care of us throughout the stay. Since the time of arrival, we have been greeted with great attention and affection, which made all the difference. It's the second time I've stayed at the house, this time I was happy to have air conditioning in all the rooms, the house is exactly like the photos, a beach in the back, we had the misfortune of the sea being very agitated, but we went to see other beaches in Arraial, the stay was super quiet and Mônica always responded to my messages, thank you very much for everything, I would definitely come back!
