Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

We stayed for 2 nights only, wish it was a longer stay. House is beautiful and very roomy, plenty of space for my family of 8. Hosts are responsive and friendly. Convenient location, close to a lot of restaurants, fast foods, drug stores, etc.

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

This is our 2nd stay at Michael's place, and we had the best time once again! It's like having your own private, hilltop resort with so many fun things to do inside and out that you never have to leave the house! And you can watch the most AMAZING sunsets 🌅 every night right from the backyard! Plus there are many thoughtful touches throughout the home for guests comfort and cute art and decore as well! And the hosts are extremely helpful and communicative! This is the best of the best 👌

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family and it was perfect! Eve was so helpful with all questions I had which made it that much better. Would stay again! :)

Douglas was wonderful! Gave clear instructions and would respond quickly whenever I had a question. The house itself is beautiful! Spacious and has everything you would need. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous! Big with plenty of patio furniture and fire pit. The pool is heated which was nice but got a little too warm. The only negative thing I notice were spiderwebs throughout the house. It wasn’t a huge deal, I don’t think anyone had stayed at this house for awhile.

Can’t say enough about this wonderful gem… The home was spacious and modernly furnished with everything that you would need plus extra fun . The backyard in pool were perfect for a family time and connecting. It was a refreshing oasis. We loved it.

A group of 6 mature (but fun!) adults shared this house while in Roseville to work a pickleball tournament; we are pickleball referees. The house had enough bedrooms for 2 couples and 2 singles. We did invite two fellow refs to join us for dinner two nights. The dining table was only large enough for 6, but we brought in two patio chairs, and rubbed elbows during dinner. Being able to park two cars on the driveway was great - one other car parked on the street. Our days were early and long so we didn't lounge much in the house, but there were plenty of spaces to do so. It was a nice place to bond with our housemates and forge the start of some wonderful friendships.

Absolutely beautiful, park-like setting. The home is cozy and clean. I am a plant girl who lives in the country so I felt right at home. The pool was sparkling and surrounded by citrus trees that smelled amazing. We had some rogue ants join the party in the kitchen the first night but Angie was quick to reply and had it handled immediately. We loved having a little oasis to escape to while visiting friends in Roseville. Will come back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Roseville home! It was super clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The house had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, to fun games that kept everyone entertained. The open layout was perfect for hanging out as a group, and all the rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The location was great quiet, convenient, and felt really safe, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Stephanie was a wonderful host very responsive and made check-in and communication easy from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Very comfortable home. Loved having coffee and creamer, bottled waters, and the shampoo amenities. House rules were clearly explained. We would stay here again.

The home was super comfortable! The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts! Tons of hummingbirds to see! Having a large group like I did the house was spacious and full of potential to host. There were several TV's and lounge areas it was a great get away. So close to Folsom Lake, and San Francisco!

Everything about this home was thoughtfully done and was the perfect place for me to buckle down and work on my masters thesis. Enjoyed the fresh eggs, the cozy and complete home with great sound system in the living room. Had fitness equipment, peloton! The beds were great as was the AC. The house had great jasmine bushes which smelled amazing! Thank you to Amado and family for a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Tyler's home was absolutely beautiful, and immaculate. really helped go a long ways with this home to share with my family and I for our trip. would highly recommend to anyone and to those who have a big family. house was absolutely beautiful, clean and our host was amazing with helping us in all of our requests. requests. This house has everything you need for a great stay. Kitchen well-stocked with everything you need. Clean and roomy. Highly recommend

Everything about Jason’s home was peaceful and inviting. It was spotless and very homey. We had plenty of room to put our clothes and toiletries, as well as groceries we bought nearby. There were plenty of cups, plates, etc. in the kitchen. Our dog loved the large backyard with lots of grass. The location was very handy, as we were mostly visiting in Roseville and Rocklin. Entry to the house was super easy. We appreciated being able to park in his spacious garage and use the opener. Jason is a wonderful host. He communicated throughout the process, and made himself available. He gave such great instructions that we never needed to call or message him, but it was nice to know we could. We highly recommend this home, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Alec went above and beyond to accommodate my parents, who needed a place for my Dad to stay while recovering from emergency visits and procedures at Kaiser Roseville. Unparalleled communication, kindness and accommodation for everything we needed for convalescing in a home away from home. We loved the piano, the spacious office with desk (my dad’s favorite), and the quiet neighborhood - perfect for walking to rehab and recover. Alec is the perfect host, even following up with our family after we left, to check in on my Dad’s recovery. Many thanks for a fantastic visit!

Shu was an awesome host. Her home was beautiful and super clean. She had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms are right next to the bedrooms. It’s a perfect setup. There were 3 couples in my group and we all felt that we had our own little space/privacy. I would defiantly recommend Shu home and I plan on staying there again if I ever go to another event at the casino. Thank you Shu for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home.

Our group had a fantastic time during our stay. The weather was perfect to enjoy the mornings outside for breakfast, jump in the pool when it heats up, and hop in the hot tub when it cools off a bit again at night. We had 11 stay here for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party and the sleeping accommodations worked well. We found the beds to be very comfortable and all the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. The theme for our weekend was summer camp and we played games throughout the weekend which was part of the reason why I chose this spot. The garage with the game setups were fantastic, and having the projector was awesome since we played a game of jeopardy. The outdoor grill was also perfect for burgers and hot dogs, something I enjoyed cooking more than I thought! We would definitely love to come back here. It has set a high bar for a trip like this.

Great home to stay in the Citrus Heights area. We had a little trouble getting in but they were very responsive and helpful! Rooms stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house and there were no dish towels but other than that, the stay was great!

Great and spacious. Missing some amenities like salt, paper towels, and oil. But otherwise fantastic. Very responsive host and able to accommodate all of our requests.

We were so impressed by this place. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and in such a nice peaceful neighborhood. I couldn't believe how well stocked the whole house was, we had everthing we needed. The backyard is beautiful and was a great place to have our morning coffee and relax. The beds and couches were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for 4 of us. Liz was such a wonderful host, very responsive, and went above and beyond to help us when we left an item. She even left us a wonderful basket of treats. We highly recommend!
