Two wineries within 10 miles of our place! We are close to YNOT, 3 miles from Rose Hall wedding, 6 miles from downtown Dallas, GA and 10 miles from downtown Cartersville, GA. We can host up to 4 adults in our basement apartment. We have a max of 5 guests on the property at anytime.

Sit in the rockers and enjoy the view from the screened in front porch. Grill and Firepit. Enjoy your time on the Manor's 50 acres and the 10-acre lake. Dog fee $30 per pet

Its a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home walking distance to downtown Rome with a fenced backyard for privacy and pets. We provide every thing needed to enjoy your stay: sheets, towels, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, iron, washer and dryer, 2 TVs with Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable. Our kitchen is your kitchen. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances as needed. Before checkout, Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and clean up fenced yard, after pets.

Close to many attractions in Rome including Berry and Shorter Colleges and Darlington. Both bedrooms have queen beds.
