A unique 650 square foot ground floor apt across the street from Front Beach. 6 minute walk from the Rockport MBTA . There is a separate bedroom with a queen mattress and a pullout sofa bed in the living area. The pullout sofa is best for teens or smaller kids . There is a bathroom with a sink and toilet. There is another room with a sink and shower. The kitchen area is more like a kitchenette than a full-size kitchen. We provide one parking spot next door at The Cove parking lot.

This was a great place to relax and explore after a busy week of travel. We loved the peaceful setting and the proximity (by car) to both Rockport and Gloucester. Gina's place is clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped and the grill is convenient. We especially enjoyed the deck and the view down to the water. Walking to the beach was easy and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Gina was accessible and responsive, as needed. The space was a perfect place to spend the last several days of our vacation, especially since we had decent weather. The ability to enjoy the deck made a big difference to us. Thanks for a great stay, Gina!

One of the very best AirBnb's I've stayed in. Spacious, clean, cozy, even the towels are super soft and absorbent. Very comfortable bed (assuming you like a nice firm mattress with some give). If you want to cook or store food, they offer everything you need, and they even have free snacks! Just a 15-minute walk to Bearskin Neck. I hope to have a chance to stay here again.

our stay here was lovely. ellen and rusty were waiting for us when we arrived and helped us park. the space itself is cozy and clean. a treehouse indeed, up a bunch of stairs and surrounded by lovely oaks! ellen was an excellent communicator. she was flexible with our checkout as no one was following us and our first day was totally rained out. the location is lovely; a nearby beach and just under a mile walk to downtown. would recommend!
