House holiday rentals in Rockport

My family and I were fortunate enough to spend the thanksgiving holiday here. It was the perfect space for a group gathering. Would highly recommend!

The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

What can I say? They’ve thought of everything to make you feel welcome and right at home! Special snacks awaiting the kids with breakfast items already thought of! The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for every day of our stay! The rooms were comfortable and felt right at home! Thank you for a perfect and memorable stay!

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

Great location with beautiful surroundings. The backyard had a pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing. Steve was helpful and easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

Gretchen’s house is a charming, two-story one on a very nice and quiet little street. The furnishings are pretty and tasteful, and there is comfortable living room furniture, as well an excellent beds and pillows. Our favorite thing was its location, within very easy walking distance from a gorgeous park and beach. Downtown was also reachable via a short walk. We did some of our own cooking and found everything we needed. Gretchen was an especially nice and responsive hostess. If we were lucky enough to get to Rockport again, I would want to stay there.

Oh my goodness. This place was a DREAM. Such a beautiful home with a view you can’t top. My husband and I stayed with our children and two friends for an east coast summer getaway and we could not have found a better place. Awesome setup, view, and Gaby could not have been more helpful. We would love to stay here again.

We had such a great stay at Marina’s home. It’s right across the street from the beach & walking distance to main st with all the shops & stores. The house was super clean and organized, and Marina always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Harbor House is a great place, conveniently located near downtown, shops, restaurants, and bars are walkable, nice ocean view from the upstairs living room, its an excellent choice for your visit to Gloucester

Our stay at the Benjamin Tarr House was fantastic! The house was cleaner and more comfortable than any AirB&B we've ever stayed in, and all utilities and equipment worked perfectly. In addition, the decorating and historic features gave it an unmatched charm that made us want to spend all of our time in the house even though we were in Rockport for a family wedding. The location couldn't have been better for our purposes as well.  We will definitely try to reserve this place the next time we visit.  Thanks so much, Abbie for your fabulous hospitality!

We return to Rockport every summer, and this was our first visit to Jeanine and Don’s beautiful home. We cannot say enough about the spacious clean house and the wonderful location. We walked almost everywhere multiple times a day and enjoyed the house and backyard in between adventures. Our family of six felt right at home and appreciated all the special extras their home had to offer. The game/activity cabinet was such a hit not only for our 4 year old, but with our teens as well! We travel a lot and this was our first air bnb with such a fun and exciting touch. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We loved our stay at Tom's place in Annisquam. The house was very comfortable for our family reunion and offered lots of nice distractions for two little girls in our group. The kitchen was well equipped and the living areas and bedrooms were very comfortable, with the lovely view out towards the ocean. We enjoyed the ready availability of seafood and the quick walks to the local beaches. All in all, it was a great stay!

we had a fantastic day. What an incredible location only five minute walk from bearskin neck! property is truly unique, separate entrances for all parties, each bedroom has a bathroom with radiant floors, heated floors in the kitchen! It’s a fantastic place to book if you have a big group and everyone wants their own privacy. The home itself is well maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, if you’re looking to stay in Rockport, this is the spot, we will likely stay there again.

One of best places we have ever rent. Amazing well equipped with everything we needed. Far exceeded what most places provide. Kevin was a great host from the beginning and the location of the house was beyond charming. Hope we can return someday.

I had a horrible experience with a house in Rockport and feel that Katherine was a Blessing sent from God to me. She was so generous, flexible and gracious. I have enjoyed all my conversations with her. Her home is 10+. Best place I have been to in Gloucester/Rockport Big Thank you to Katherine for your kindness ❤️

Great House with a big backyard and deck. The home is in a great location with views of the ocean. Sandy’s place was perfect for my group and I . Easy parking for 3 sedans. Piano was a nice touch and was perfectly in tune for such a humid summer.

My family and I have been visiting Rockport every year for the past 30 years. We have rented many places over that time, and this was one of the nicest! We really appreciated the welcome message and pastries upon our arrival. We stayed in the cottage and the loft, which both were very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We were very thankful for the air conditioning as it was a VERY hot week. Check in was straight forward and easy. Parking was a little far away but allowed for a place to park when downtown was busy. Alexander was top notch and extremely responsive. I would definitely stay there again!!!

Place was nice, beach not far. Everything close by. Of couse house could use some upgrades like fixing stairs to bedroom and shower but everything else was very nice. Pull out bed from couch was comfortable also. We had a great time.

We loved our stay. Dawn was so helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful property in a great area. Would definitely stay again!

Peter's spot is walking distance to many restaurants and little shops. The pictures are accurate- and the place is just as cute as it looks in the photos ! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and great shower. Was nice to have the washer and dryer to do a quick load of laundry. I would definitely recommend this spot to others !
