Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a beautiful coastal décor and stunning water views of Little Bay from the private balcony. The condo is located on the second floor and just a short walk (0.08 miles) to an assigned fishing and boating pier. It's also just 2 miles from Aransas Bay and Rockport Beach, making it a great location for beach-goers. Watch the 4th of July fireworks display from the balcony. The condo is also perfect for Winter Texans and Snowbirds looking for a winter home.

The 3-bedroom and 2-bath home sleeps 8 with primary bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite, guest room with a king room, and another bedroom with a double-size bunk bed. Fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa, TVs, internet, Wi-Fi, and board games. Outside, there are kayaks, a covered balcony, and parking for 6 vehicles and a boat. ** Additional fee to heat pool.**
