Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

This stay was fantastic! A few people and I went to the Governor’s Ball music festival, and Leidi’s place was the perfect setting to host us! It was close to the Floral Park LIRR station, and was in a very safe and private neighborhood. The listing was very accurate to what the stay was like, and we felt very at home. Would recommend highly!

Honestly, this stay was amazing. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed plus a few thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for winding down. Jasmine was super responsive and friendly, and she handled a minor issue quickly and professionally. Jenna and Ed were great hosts, they even helped us bring our stuff inside! Very communicative and checked in on us with great recommendations! We would definitely book with them again. The apartment is a super cozy but spacious basement apartment with a family living upstairs. Sometimes we could hear kids running around upstairs but we didn’t mind it much at all! Was perfect for the 4 of us having a girls trip. We spent some time out and binged watched shows/movie nights in the living room. Lots of mirrors so none of us were fighting for a mirror while trying to get ready and very comfortable seating in the living room for our movie nights! We loved our stay, it was a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants were not too far away. If you find a good parking spot, keep it!

The apartment is cute, cozy, and well renovated. We travelled with a 7 month old and Samantha was accommodating for an infant. She set up a pack and play crib with sheets so we didn’t have to bring one. I was amazed at how quiet it was there because it is an active city; it was a peaceful stay. The layout allowed for a good sitting and dining area without making the apartment feel crammed. There was plenty of room for baby to play and roll around on the floor. Samantha was welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood because we were there for a conference; I can say that the houses in the historic district have character and charm. Very cute neighborhood.

family visited from the UK and Canada for a celebration in Long Island, the home was quite relaxing and extremely clean and we absolutely enjoyed it. Errington was quite accommodating and responsive. No complaints, we were all quite pleased!😊

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds and furniture were comfortable and space was ample. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the bay. The outdoor facilities were wonderful and very peaceful, the view is wonderful. It is a short train ride to the city and car ride to Jones Beach. John is a wonderful host. The place was perfect for our family to gather when in town for a wedding. Large comfortable dining area and great bbq space. Ariel was kind and helpful, and responded promptly when we had a question. We loved walking in the park nearby, playing basketball on the courts and seeing families out picnicking. Highly recommend.

Very clear directions and responsive, caring hosts. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. My daughter enjoyed going to the coffee shop below every morning. Lots of unique stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great choice!

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie’s place in Hoboken! The home is exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought-out. Laurie has truly anticipated every need, making it easy to feel right at home. We were a group of six (three couples), and the space was perfect—spacious & comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting into NYC fast and simple. After long days exploring, it was so nice to return to a quiet, relaxing home base in Hoboken. The neighborhood itself is absolutely charming, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy Hoboken itself. We especially loved grabbing coffee just a block away at Hey Coffee People and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. All in all, Laurie’s place is a rare find. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Christabella's place was just what we were looking for. It was within walking distance of all the things we wanted to do, felt more at home than a hotel, lots of great places to eat close by, and the price was right.
