The house is great! Everything is new, clean and well complete. Proactive and polite host! We will certainly rent more often!

Clean and organized environment. Check-in at the correct time, the reception at the house was very good. All guests were comfortable and satisfied. In addition to this, the support people who were in the house were fundamental, Eli and Diego were very helpful in everything! I recommend it.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

I have been an AirBnB fan and avid user for many years. Over the years, I have learnt that homes reflect so much about the host. Some homes just make you feel welcome and right at home. That's how I felt at Luciana's home. I felt right in the lap of nature, woke up to birds singing, banana trees in the yard were laden with fruits......it was such a peaceful place and yet everything was accessible. Luciana and Caco were the perfect hosts, they were there whenever I needed them and yet I had all the privacy. Loved my stay here.

Luciana's house is old but very comfortable. We were in a large group and we all slept comfortably. Conditioned air operated. Hot water shower. Clean pool. Cleaning of the house was great. Comfortable rooms and environments. Very familiar environment. Luciana had flexible check-in and checkout. You've always responded very quickly. It was very kind. Great cost-benefit.

I loved the days I spent here! Eloisa is a very nice and accommodating host who takes care of every detail perfectly, gives restaurant tips and offers everything you need for a nice stay. The place was very clean when I arrived. The house is the same as in the display and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking! I will definitely return!

Casa Madá do Davi is my refuge when I go to São Paulo, whether for work or to stroll through Vila Madalena, enjoy good restaurants or just relax at home. We had a wonderful experience on this Airbnb! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, the decoration is beautiful and super cozy and every detail was thought out with very good taste. Everything was very clean, and the house is fully equipped with new and functional appliances. The shower is excellent (strong, hot and relaxing!) and the house has a toilet and a main bathroom, as well as an internal garden. Location is also excellent, in a region full of bars, restaurants and cafes. All within walking distance. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my stay with Bia was. She was such an attentive and kind host, she offered me a haven after months of travelling. I sat on the beautiful terrace everyday enjoying the view of the beautiful São Paulo trees! There are two lovely coffee places nearby and plenty of little shops. I could not recommend this Airbnb more, I have beautiful memories that I’ll cherish forever. Next time I come to São Paulo this is the first place I will come to.

A gem in São Paulo, Gustavo and Rafa are super hosts: quiet, green and close to everything you need. Strong WiFi. As everywhere in São Paulo, you must remain vigilant still, as Brazil overall is not improving in terms of security.

Excellent reception, impeccable care, the inviting aroma of the entire apartment and the perfectionism of the housekeeping is to be congratulated.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)
