Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

Our stay was impeccable, thanks to the wonderful place and also to Suy, a kind and caring host, who welcomed us with great affection and was always available to help, without ever failing to respect our privacy. The place is a true refuge in nature! The property is surrounded by a quiet lake, with lots of vegetation and a serene atmosphere that made us relax from the first moment. Despite being a space surrounded by nature, the access was easy and very well guided by Suy, who gave us all the instructions necessary to arrive without difficulty. Another positive point is that Suy resides in the same terrain, which brings enormous convenience, because it is always around if we need something, but without interfering with our privacy, since it is the same ground, it is far from the house. The communal area and pool are well taken care of and provide a perfect space to rest and enjoy the peace of the place. We're definitely going back!

Mr. José and Mrs. Marlene was always available to help with whatever was needed! Extremely attentive, even on the way out, he presented us with bananas and some peppers! Kitchen and all rooms are perfect and have all the necessary items! All appliances and leisure items worked perfectly and were in order. Paved road to the location, Google Maps takes you to the exact location. A place to relax, enjoy nature and enjoy a quiet and welcoming place. Anyway, it couldn't have been better! The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

We rented to spend the carnival. Really amazing place. Apartment according to the photos, very cozy, all new and well organized. We had a problem with the air conditioning that was not cooling properly, but Itamar was extremely attentive and agile to resolve the issue. After evaluation by the technicians, the device worked again perfectly. Resort is located right next to Brás station and has nearby groceries. Very good pool structure. My wife and children liked it very much and whenever we go to São Paulo, we will definitely book again. I recommend it.

I went with a group of friends and our experience was excellent. Place is very nice, cozy, clean. The very kind concierge and SR Wang always responds. We want to go back and stay there! worth a lot for the location too..close to everything.

I travel specifically for a concert and the airbnb was very close to me. the place is very comfortable, cozy, private and above all complete. it has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. it has relatively close commerce and public transport a few steps away. Flavia is an excellent host, always attentive to my doubts. place completely recommended for a long or short instance.

Overall everything was very good, literally next to the station with security guards at the entrance and an Oxxo convenience store that made everything much easier… I would definitely come back again!

We had a very quiet and pleasant stay. The space is very large, with a lot of green area and tranquility. It was very nice to make a campfire on a cold night. The house is like the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Good location, close to markets and restaurants. Communication with Ricardo is quick and easy.

Thanks Clark for "lending" this wonderful farmhouse to us on my girlfriend's birthday fds. We loved everything, the space was clean and beautiful, pool top, comics to play beach tennis and futevolei, and even the internet and impeccable sound. There was barbecue, pizza and more... It was very good! The house and condominium are impeccable. For those who need peace and quiet, Nicolas' house is a good choice.

I spent this weekend at Luis' place, it was extraordinary our stay. At the entrance of the condominium we were met with great zeal by a team that takes care of the security, with this we are certain that we would be very well guarded. When we arrived at the house, it is much more beautiful than the pictures. Luis and family congratulations for the house, we feel extremely comfortable as if it were our home. Everything was impeccable! spacious rooms and bathrooms equipped kitchen, quality crockery. The extremely inviting room, with fireplace games and books. We spent a delíciosa night. For me the best part, the balcony and the backyard, we delighted with a tasty barbecue, the kids had a lot of fun in the pool and went crazy with the real treehouse. The waterfall trail is right in the back of the house and is easily accessible for a walk. We bike on the lake trail that is wonderful. There was a feirinha on Saturday with pastel pamonha and churros.

Casa de Pedra is in a privileged location! Inside a very organized condominium with preserved vegetation. The house itself is a spectacle in itself because of a huge rock that dominates the scenery. Highlight for leisure items - swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and kitchen with large countertop and appliances (appliances, dishes and cutlery). A beautiful house that welcomes its guests!
