It is 7 minute drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into Östersund city centre. Good bus connections are available with lines 3 and 4. The bus stop is only 100 m from the apartment and ICA you will find 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.
