The house is located in the small village of Mons in the municipality of Roffiac at an altitude of 1000 m, 10 minutes from the medieval city of Saint-Flour. From its 3300 m2 plot, you can contemplate the "Plomb du Cantal" and also take many walks in the surroundings (hiking, biking, walking...). From the village, you can go to the "Château du Sailhant" and admire the waterfall within 5 minutes by car or walk there through our paths.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
