Holiday rentals with a patio in Rogers Park, Chicago

At first I couldn’t believe so many 5 star reviews—and now I know why. Because you can’t give a 6. We were between business trips and have a child who lives Chicago so we thought we’d make a weekend of it rather than flying home. Lovely, homey, classy, unique, comfortable, warm and very cool all in one place. You need only to roll out of the door to find great food, great people and great fun. Thank you for opening your home to us.

I had a wonderful, peaceful stay and Stanley was on his A game for communication the entire time. He also very kindly ran out to get a shower mat for us the first evening of our stay after my older relatives expressed concern over the possibility of slipping. The neighborhood is friendly, walkable, and right next to transportation that can take you directly into Chicago or further north for landmarks like the Baha'i Temple. I look forward to returning to Chicago in the future and when I do I would love to stay here again.

Exactly as described, just what I was looking for. Convenience of proximity to the Blue Line made it very easy for me to check off all the things I wanted to do during my stay. Thanks so much.

David's place was great - exactly as pictured and described. David provided great instructions ahead of time on how to get in and access the parking spot and was very responsive to questions. As someone who was only in town for a few nights, I greatly appreciated how stocked the kitchen was with the basics - no need to buy things that would get barely used (eg, keurig cups). David was also great about letting us know we could stay a bit longer on check out day based on the time of the cleaners arrival - and he offered to let us stay that extra hour without paying more - incredibly kind! I definitely recommend!

Lisa’s place was just perfect for our visit and needs. It was easy, comfortable and close to public transportation.

The street that is in front of her BNB wasn't too busy and we could find the parking space easily. I know it may depend on, but it was really convenient to load and unload our stuff. It's the basement area, but very quiet most of the time; no noise from the ceiling. Again, it's a basement space, so it gives us a cosy feeling. They are easy to communicate with, and also they respect our privacy very well. Over all, it was a good stay. I recommend her place.

Our family of 6 adults were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for us. Junni's place was very clean, very comfortable also very quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Great beds and pillows! The location was great too and Lyft/Uber always arrived within 5 minutes or so. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Junni!

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with responsive and helpful hosts.

We were a group of four teachers planning a girls get away. Elijah’s place was very nice. We asked if we could get in early and he sent us the code right away.He had put a case of water in the refrigerator which we really appreciated. The sectional in the living room was very comfortable and a great place for conversation. The patio in the back was great to sit outside. Overall, it was a very nice place to relax after busy days of sightseeing!

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa22. The home is beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained — everything was clean, spotless and thoughtfully arranged. It had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable extended stay with our family, including a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious layout. The hosts, Narcis and Gabriel, were fantastic — extremely responsive, clear in their communication. They provided detailed instructions that made check-in, check-out, and everything in between seamless. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, with easy access to main roads — a great location if you're planning to explore Chicago without the stress of city parking. Having a car made it easy to get around, and the area itself felt peaceful and well-kept. If you're visiting the Chicago area and looking for a clean, elegant, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend Casa22. We would absolutely love to return!

Stayed at Lisa's Airbnb for a.3 day weekend with my family including a 2 year old. We had a great time, great neighborhood, good restaurants- 15 min drive to downtown Chicago and train access as well. The place matched description and my 2 year old played with the hens and chickens in their backyard. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and very responsive host.

A Designer’s Dream – Absolute Perfection! This home is truly exceptional—every detail reflects thoughtful design and top-tier quality. It’s a designer’s dream, with stunning décor, a comfortable and beautifully clean space, and every amenity you could possibly need. The furnishings and finishes are stylish and well appointed, making the entire experience feel luxurious and relaxing. But the real showstopper? The backyard! It’s like a second living room—lush, tranquil, and designed for ultimate comfort and enjoyment. We loved spending time out there and honestly didn’t want to leave. It's so much better than anything a hotel could even begin to provide! We will absolutely be back!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

This is our 3rd time staying at Thomas and Cynthia place. We would have it no other way. Home away from home every single time.

John's place is great, just as described. Very clean and location is perfect (across the street from Pequod's). Check in/out was easy and communication was good.

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during our Chicago trip! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do with our kids. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It felt like a home away from home. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!
