Beachfront holiday rental in Rogoznica

Amazing spot in Primošten. We had such an awesome stay here! You seriously can’t beat the location, it’s just steps from the beach, which made it super easy to go for a swim or just hang out by the water. And the view…..WOW insta worthy! The place itself was super clean andl comfortable and had everything we needed. But really, it’s all about that amazing location and view, we would definitely stay here again! The host was not able to meet us but her dad was very helpful especially helping us park and unload the car! Stay here!!!

Our stay in Croatia was absolutely perfect, thanks to this spacious apartment right by the sea! The magnificent sea view from the terrace made our stay unforgettable. We loved having a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. Anton is a truly great host; he welcomed us with a lovely basket of local fruits and a bottle of wine, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you so much for an incredible vacation!

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

Pay attention to check in time of 17:00, as specified in the listing. We weren’t paying attention and it would have been an issue for us, but hosts’s son was there to let us in earlier. Big Plodine market nearby (by car) or Konzum on foot. Beautiful, quiet residential area right at the beach. Few tourists around here in late September. Appreciated the parking. Antonija helped with turning on the hot water heater and bringing us a replacement router when several of our devices wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. They left cold drinks, fresh fruit from the garden (which is gorgeous), local olive oil, Nescafé, filter coffee, cappuccino mix, etc. for us. Space is small, just as pictured, but worked for us two. Patio area was so pretty and breeze was great. Thank you Draško and Antonija!

Antea's place was fantastic! We rented in late May and the weather was magnificent... each day between 60 to 73 degrees. We hated to leave!!! :( Villa Antea it is a 4 story house with multiple apartments located right on the bay. The road to get there was a bit narrow but once you are there you are transported to another world... There are NO bulidings of any kind within sight on the steep hillside across the bay. It is completely private. The apartment we had (#1) was beautifully appointed and furnished. The views of the bay are magnificent as are the stars at night because there is very little ambiant light at night. We had access to a very spacious garage. I do not go overboard often but I am in this case. I give Antea's place my highest rating!!!

This is a magnificent property, with spectacular sea views and in a peaceful rural setting. The house is pristine, with modern appliances. we stayed as an extended family and it had three self contained apartments which meant we all had our own space and great communal areas. The pool was very attractive and the house is close to a stunning cove with crystal clear waters. The hosts were brilliant - responding quickly to all questions and checking in to see if we were having a nice time. we will definitely be back!

This is the perfect place if you want to spend your time outside, relaxing in the beach just outside the front door. Toni gave us lots of tips, including recommending a rental car, without which getting to the airbnb would be challenging, and limit your freedom to explore.

This villa is simply perfect. You have your own spot right by the sea, a lovely villa with an excellent shaded terrace for meals and a terrace upstairs with wonderful views of the sea. And at the end of the garden, about a meter from the sea, you have a jacuzzi under a pergola with chairs in which you can relax and listen to the waves. It's simply unbeatable. And you have rocky coast to the left and a sandy beach to the right which is ideal for children. It's simply perfect. We will definitely go back. Do a big shop before you go. You'll need food for a week. There's a small store with milk, (excellent) bread, and a few other things, but you'll have to do a big shop before you go. There's also a small cafe/restaurant by the sandy beach (a two minute walk) which serves cocktails, salads, burgers, fish and chips, and ice cream. Really, the place is perfect.

There were three of us in the villa with our daughter. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is an easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. The communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

Fantastic nice house that might even be better in real life. Very friendly and accommodating host who met us at the house and who also had the opportunity to be flexible around check-in time. The pool and hot tub were amazing to use, equally so lying at the jetty down by the ocean. There were also two SUPS that we used extensively. However, the house is located a little desolate, and is suitable for those who want a peaceful relaxation without civilization. The only thing we were missing was evening sun, but we already knew that before we booked that it was missing. Overall, we are super happy with both the house and the host!

Ivana & Robert have a wonderful place right on the water! Such welcoming and friendly hosts, their positive vibes are infectious. The apartment is one of many in the building and is family oriented with lots of happy children running around. We were delighted that there was a SUP for our personal use! Just a heads-up for future guests: there was some impact noise from the apartment above and the balcony is not very private being split between three apartments by aluminium slats though it doesn't really matter because of the incredible unobstructed view 🤩

Location very peaceful with lovely views, but further out than we anticipated. Limited restaurants / bars within walking distance. Bus, car or taxi required to access nearest town. Pool and outside area/ kitchen are excellent and well equipped. Apartment also well equipped. Danko is a great host and happy to help with any requests.

We loved our stay, the apartment was beautiful and the private spa just just WOW! Having a private hot tub, sauna and cold shower in your apartment was amazing after a long day of walking. Adrian and hrvoje were very helpful and responsive to messages and gave us clear instructions on parking, reaching the apartment apartment and how everything worked. We'd love to return one day and we would recommend the apartment and owners to anyone.

We had a fantastic week staying in the Penthouse! The views are incredible. The apartment was beautiful and is immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Our stay at Klaras & Beres house was incredible! The house is beautiful, well renovated and perfectly equipped. The beauty of the whole place does not fit on one picture, I tried. Bere welcomed us on the day of our arrival and showed us around. The garden, the fireplace, your private area at the ocean… pure heaven. Everyday the neighbors cat came by to spend some time with us. We will definitely come back! Best AirBnb stay so far for me! 🫶

We were sad to leave. We loved all of it, Lidijas Mum was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. Communication was very responsive with some great recommendations for local exploring. The apartment is very clean, a great layout with a great view from the sunny balcony. We would love to go again.

It was great at Perica's! There is a great sun terrace we could use and you get directly to the water after a few steps. The nearby beach is great. Everything very friendly. The apartment is well occupied with 4 people. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the great time! Similar

If we could give this 5,000,000 stars out of 5, we would. Irena & Đuro treated us like family from the moment we arrived and we'll be grateful to them forever! If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

Real host are Marija and Angelo, they own the house and live next door. They speak english only a little, but are extremely communicative and helpful. For us, speaking polish, communication was not a problem. The house is very spacious and has it's own unique style and aura, definitely not minimalist modern-style. Big living room, kitchen, and big porch made us feel extremely comfortable. Parking space is shadowed. There was everything needed for the start once we arrived, spices, water, olive oil, dishwasher tabs, plastic bags etc. There is a space outside with a grill, place to eat, the garden with reserved space occupied by 4 turtles (imagine kids joy!) and additional storage room (fridge, umbrellas, chairs). Right from there you enter the rocky beach, we even had "own" place on the rocks with chairs. You will not find a house with better location if you like sea, swimming and diving. Sevid is really small place, no crowds, one market (5min walk from house). We loved our stay!
