From the living room you come to the terrace with lounge and outdoor eating space, with retractable sunshades. The guests can use parking and outdoor BBQ in the garden. 5 to 10 minutes walk by the sea to the town center, 300m from market place.

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Apartment Skorin is located in the heart of Rogoznica. In the near of the the apartment are all the facilities that can provide Rogoznica. Everything you need for a comfortable vacation is within 150 m. Once you park your car you no longer need it.Accommodation is suitable for small children because near the house is not a road.The apartment is located on the third floor of a family house, in the attic, so the view is unimaginable. New outdoor gym is 50 m from the house.
