The modern 45 sqm apartment for 2-4 people with parking is located in Lembach/Oberes Mühlviertel, Upper Austria with border proximity to Germany (approx. 40 km) between Passau and Linz. The nice, clean apartment with parking space is located in the center of the small market in Lembach in the upper Mühlviertel. Easy access to department stores, bakers, restaurants,... and doctor. Up to two people, a bedroom with a double bed and a modern well-equipped small kitchen-living room is offered.

Ameisberger - Country house

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

The Höllmühle is an organic farm in a quiet location surrounded by greenery. The three spacious apartments (each with kitchen, bathroom, anteroom and 1 or 2 bedrooms) including covered balcony, large common room and adjoining playground with campfire and much more offer the ideal place to relax. Of course, the animals on the farm are also looking forward to your visit. And if you want, you are always welcome to actively get to know farm life.

Enjoy staying in this new apartment. This is located in a quiet residential area, but only 5 minutes from the center of Haslach. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. The house has an elevator. Nearby parking is available. The place Haslach is historically closely associated with textile culture. Here was once the center of the Mühlviertel weaving and linen trade. A visit to the Weberimuseum is worthwhile.

Couples, solo travelers and families with children are welcome Pets are allowed.

The house Stadlau is located on the edge of the village Panidorf the municipality of Klaffer am Spruce. The name of the house comes from the adjacent nature reserve Stadlau, which you can look from the living room and the upstream terrace on the southeast side! The ski area Hochficht, the Nordic centre Schöneben, the Lake Klaffer, the Böhmerwaldpark Ulrichsberg and the Laoshanzentrum Schwarzenberg are only a few kilometres away!
