The Lake Shack (the cosy Chalet)

Our Lake Shack is located at the very border of Monteynard lake, about 35km south of Grenoble and 110km from Lyon. It's the best place to practice kite-surfing, windsurfing, wing foil and any sailing sport due to the daily thermic wind. Mountain biking, stand up paddle or trail running are just a few other sports you will also be able to enjoy here as well. This is the magic spot to disconnect from modern life and recharge your batteries, in a chalet surrounded by wonderful nature !

A bright loft in surrounded by nature!

Located 1,000 meters above sea level on the eastern slopes of the Vercors on the magnificent Trièves plateau! This loft is ideally located for hiking in the sublime Dévoluy and Vercors mountain ranges. 35 minutes from Grenoble and 20 minutes from Lake Monteynard, this former farm building, converted into a loft with its 35 m² of bay windows, offers you an ideal relaxing setting, bathed in light and with breathtaking views of the Dévoluy and the surrounding forest.

50 m2 chalet on the shore of a lake, in the heart of the wild Haut-Bréda valley, 10 minutes by car from the 7 Laux resort (Le Pleynet) The balcony, terrace and garden offer panoramic and spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Here, every season offers its magic Brazier table on the terrace for cooking, sharing friendly moments and spending warm evenings around the fire Snowshoes, sleds, hiking trails available to explore nature all year round⛰️

The house is located in a remarkable hamlet at the foot of the Vercors mountain range and consists of stone secondary residences. 20 minutes from Grenoble and 10 minutes from Lake Monteynard, you can enjoy the calm and exceptional beauty of Trieves and its surroundings. The renovated buildings have 1 large living room, 6 bedrooms, a TV room, a summer kitchen with large terrace and 4 bathrooms. Also available is a communal bread oven.

Villa for 8 in Trièves

Villa with all modern comforts, tastefully decorated, with heated pool in mid-season, not accessible in winter, wooded garden, fully equipped kitchen. 30 minutes from Grenoble and 15 minutes from Lake Monteynard, Himalayan walkways, 15 minutes from Gresse-en-Vercors station. Starting point for many hikes. From May to mid-October, enjoy a heated indoor pool. Residing in the hamlet, we will be good tips for all surrounding activities.

Under the linden tree in Triéves

Fully south-facing in Trièves, we built this adjoining extension for our parents when they need it. In the meantime, we rent it out and we also support artists in residence. We live right next door and it's nice to advise you, lend you IGN maps, give you tips, or even prepare a meal for you. Bus/train 3 km away; close to ski slopes, Lake Monteynard and hiking trails. Finally, the cherry on the tartiflette: a wood sauna

This home is located on the side of Tabor with exceptional views of Vercors and the Matheysin plateau. Very well equipped and very bright, it can accommodate 4 people. Ideal for mountain and hiking lovers. Close to Alpe du Grand Serre ski resort (30 minutes away). Three lakes (10 minutes away) allow you to combine mountain and water activities.

Come and discover this beautiful house with a wellness area and swimming pool, nestled on the heights overlooking the lake of Saint-Pierre-de-Méaroz. La Grange au Lac Azur: the studio (with sleeping area)

Studio with sleeping area and real kitchen, refurbished in 2025. 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort (Gresse en Vercors). Very quiet environment, many hikes (Himalayan footbridges) and water activities.
