Sleep in a trailer, sleep in a boat! Super chill atmosphere on 3 acres with porch to enjoy. Hotel accommodations like air conditioning, heat, clean sheets, towels and coffee/tea but camping style. The barn is self check-in (late arrival friendly) and check out. If needing only 1 night Sun-Thur just ask for offer. Gay Friendly!

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

My friend and I stayed here for a birthday getaway, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was cute, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The host was incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early and sharing awesome recommendations for hiking spots and local food. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made us feel welcome and comfortable. We’re already planning to come back in the fall to do it all over again!

What a find! Emily’s home was absolutely wonderful. She has thought of everything one could possibly need. It has been newly renovated and is in an ideal location in Ames. Emily answered our questions and was very willing to help us. This is a gem for sure. The best!

We were so happy with our stay at Loya's little house for our family reunion. The setting was so peaceful, (except for us being there!) and our grandkids loved hiking and playing bocce ball while our kids all enjoyed their spacious private rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, and the fire pit. The fresh flowers arranged in so many places were gorgeous...I didn't realize they were real until they started loosing a few petals!!! The landscaping was beautiful, with gurgling fountains and a great variety of bushes, trees, vines and flowers. The time was too short, but Loya's little house was a great backdrop for a memorable family reunion. Thank you so much!

This was a phenomenal property! I wasn't sure before booking, due to the shared space aspect of the place, but it was not a problem at all. Even though the owners are on site (in the other, smaller house), they were unobtrusive. Jayden was very quick to respond to messages, and she was flexible with our requests. The space itself is a dream. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit are amazing. We also loved the amount of bathrooms and bedrooms on property. We had 9 guests in our group, but we never felt crammed at all. It was a spectacular stay all around!
