Het overdekte terras met glasgordijnen biedt in de zomer aangename koelte en behoudt in de winter de zomerse sfeer. De boxspring kunnen als 2-persoonsbed of als twee losse bedden worden gebruikt. Mooie, moderne penthouse voor 4 personen op La Torre Golf Resort in Roldán nabij de Costa Cálida in Murcia (officieel de provincie met de zuiverste lucht van heel Europa!). Prachtig zuidgericht terras met uitgestrekt vergezicht over de golf resort en de Mar Menor tot La Manga. Er zijn 16 zwembaden, verschillende bars en restaurants, een supermarkt, kapper, souvenirshop en verschillende gratis sportfaciliteiten op deze prachtige resort.
