Loft holiday rentals in Roma Norte

We loved our stay here! Beautiful loft space in the perfect location for CDMX - lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself is a very cool space and gave us everything we needed. Jacobo was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book this again if we came back to the city.

Richard and Lety’s place exceeded all of our expectations! As someone who has visited Mexico City numerous times, I can honestly say their home is in an ideal location—just a short walk to the metro and a quick Uber ride to many of the city’s top attractions. The neighborhood feels very safe and has a great local market less than five minutes away where you can eat delicious food and buy anything you might need. But what truly makes this stay special is the room itself and the hosts. The space is cozy, the views are beautiful, and Richard and Lety are simply wonderful people. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference during our trip. At one point they kindly offered to let us use their washer when I couldn’t find a laundromat, and by the time I came downstairs to collect our clothes, Richard had already washed everything for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. When I return to CDMX, I’ll definitely be booking with Richard and Lety again! Highly recom

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ximena’s place is beautifully designed and decorated and the floor plan is spacious. She left recommendations and thoughtful touches in the space as well. We found the street noise to be a lot, but was drowned out fairly well using the fan on while sleeping. During the day it did get warm inside without AC but between opening the doors in the evening and using the fan overnight we found it comfortable even on the hotter days. We felt safe having security in the lobby and the neighborhood was very walkable. The view is lovely and location was central for us to walk or uber around many places throughout the city. Would definitely stay again and Ximena is a friendly and helpful host from start to finish in your stay.

Maru was kind and very helpful. The place is wonderful as it’s private and a large courtyard buffers you from the street. Roy the dog was so sweet. We 😍 loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend this AirBnB if you are staying in Condesa! We had a group of 6 and this AirBnB comfortably housed us. The space matched exactly what was pictured in the listing and our hosts were were incredibly friendly - they would proactively check in on us and ask whether we needed anything. The location is amazing too and very walkable to great coffee shops, restaurants and bars! One thing to note is that some parts of the property is a bit dated and could be looked into making repairs, such as loose floorboards, irresponsive light fixtures and loose stair steps. Despite these things it didn't bother us doing our trip because we were out and about, but I think addressing this would make this place even better than it already is! I will likely book this place again in the future, especially when traveling with a medium sized group!

Alex’s space was amazing! Had everything and anything we needed. Super kind and responsive to any questions we had that popped up. The check in was super easy and was greeted by Laura one of Alex’s helpers who gave us a tour and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The location was AMAZING. Super cozy, private, and calm. The space was clean and spacious. I will say be ready to climb up a set of stairs everyday after being out and about lol but if you dont mind some stairs then you’ll be okay! I also would add the bathroom was a bit narrow so if you are on the thicker side be prepared to side step a bit. I also wish they had a full body mirror outside of the bathroom since it’s a bit narrow. Outside of my those minor suggestions the apartment is truly a gem and would stay again and again!!! :)

Guillermo was a great host, very communicative from the jump to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed some extra accommodation he went out of his way to make it work. The location was wonderful, just outside the main hustle and bustle with everything you could want a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or pre-dinner drink. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in CDMX!

I had a lovely stay at Rodrigo’s. It was a convenient location and a relaxing place to crash after exploring the city.

They responded to all of my many questions quickly and thoughtfully. There was also a security guard stationed at the building entrance 24/7, and he was incredibly kind and attentive. I’m sure I’ll be back in Mexico soon, and when I return, I definitely want to stay either at this same place or at one of their other properties. Thank you for providing such a safe and clean space.

Rodrigo’s place was perfect for my (and my girlfriend’s) first adventure in Mexico City. While the popular Bar Felix on the ground floor can get loud, the sounds of the crowd disappeared when the windows closed. The private roof deck was perfect for quiet coffees in the mornings or a drink to end the day. The two bathrooms were helpful for when we were in a rush to go out. Roma Norte is central to a lot of great options, and there was little to no trouble getting out of the neighborhood to travel to other parts of the city. All of this and Rodrigo was a great host! Would stay again!

The accommodation was very comfortable and well located, ideal for exploring the area. Impeccable cleanliness and the place has everything you need for a perfect stay. Accessibility is excellent, with transportation options nearby. I would definitely recommend it. An excellent experience!

My visit to Ciudad de México was unforgettable—in large part thanks to the wonderful accommodations and their unbeatable location (¡qué chido!). Having a full kitchen with a dishwasher was a real plus. When I couldn’t find dishwashing detergent online, Julio kindly arranged to have some delivered to the front desk for me. The front desk staff, especially Martin, were friendly and welcoming, reflecting the warmth I experienced from Mexicanos. The unit itself was spacious and open, with a large bank of windows that made it feel bright and airy and connected to the city outside. There is some street noise, but as long as you’re aware of this and bring a pair of earplugs, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the central location and easy access to everything you could want. Lastly, Julio was so responsive and helpful with questions or requests, I felt right at home during my two-week stay. Highly recommend this unit.

Cozy newly-renovated 1st floor apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. I miss it already!

Friendly security and pool staff. Great poolside snacks and chef. Great location.

This was our first visit to CDMX and we only had three days, so being in the center was very helpful. We walked everywhere. Being above Cafe Nin was a special perk. We ate there every morning because it was so delicious. The loft was charming and the gaurd Manuel was very nice. Rosario was super responsive and provided a great book of reccomendations. The street is a happening spot and we got to listen to the most amazing band playing next door from our balcony window. Great shopping district if you like fashion.

Here are a few things we liked about this place that might set it apart from other air bnb’s you’re considering in CDMX: 1. Location - centralized for exploring the city. We mostly walked, but it was also super easy for uber to find. 2. Setup - great WiFi, perfectly-sized kitchen, the hottest shower I’ve ever had in Mexico City, filtered drinking water, we didn’t use the private patio much but it’s a great amenity 3. Host - Eduardo was QUICK to reply, easy check in/out, he gave us great local tips Some things to be aware of: 1. It’s 3 floors up, no elevator 2. There is a loud bar across the street 3. Key access only - no digital entry (for those of you who hate carrying keys around) This was a perfect place for us as a couple visiting as tourists. The apt. was comfortable, had everything we needed (& more), and is in a neighborhood we loved. On top of all that, Eduardo was a responsive, informative, and gracious host. We’d stay here again.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, as it can be reached on foot from the subway station. It was clean and tidy. Gaby was always attentive and was very kind on all occasions. I would stay there again.

Excellent place! I'll be back, it has coffee, pans in good condition, the kitchen is in perfect condition Only in hot season, the room is boiling! A larger fan would be excellent But I'm from a cold climate and for me, Mexico City is always hot.

The place feels like your home, I love the decor, very clean and comfortable to sleep. The place is quiet and safe, it is very close to various means of transport, restaurants and a shopping square.
