I felt incredibly comfortable at Calatori Printre Stele from the very first moment! The hostel has a unique, relaxed atmosphere – it's lovingly decorated and very clean. A true highlight for me was the host, Hector: he was not only extremely friendly and attentive, but also exceptionally helpful. Hector gave me great tips for exploring the area – from sights in and around Timișoara to some really cool off-road routes that I could enjoy with my motorcycle. His enthusiasm for the region is contagious, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about making each guest’s stay special. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hostel – whether you're staying for a short visit or using it as a base for adventures throughout eastern Romania!

Very nice apartment! Gerogiana is very sociable and is willing to do anything for your comfort. However, I had to pay a tax due to my delay which was due to the plane that took off later than planned. I would recommend this apartment although it is a little off-center and the neighborhood is not very pretty. Uber will be your friend no problem

This was the perfect location for our group. It was close to the Piața Mare where the event we were attending was held. We were pleased to find how quiet the location was despite its central position in the city. Andrei was very responsive and helpful during our visit!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, both on reception and in the restaurant. The rooms were nice as well. I recommend it.

The place is amazing from multiple perspectives: 1. You are right in the centre of the citadel, within walking distance from the most important historical sights and amazing restaurants. It also offers a view over the plaza. 2. The decor is also vintage and it keeps you in the energy of the city. I personally loved it. 3. There is also a private yard which I bet is amazing in the summer. My trip was in the winter so the weather was a bit cold for hanging in the yard. 4. And lastly the host is very nice, it answered all my questions regarding amenities and parking quite quickly and politely. I recommend this place and will definitely book it again. P.s. I would make a few recommendations that are strictly related to the room I booked (maybe the other rooms have them): - a hanger for coats in the room (again I was there with my husband in the winter) - a hanger in the bathroom for towels

Loved the room and the fact that is was aired out and with a beautiful smell on top of everything else. the free parking os very convenient.

The stay at DNT Guesthouse was very pleasant, despite the hot weather. Children and adults could enjoy the heated pool and comfortable chairs and shade in the garden. The layouts are smartly thought out, great blend utility with aesthetic. Daniel is a super welcoming host and the maintenance staff extremely kind. Great accommodation, sparkling clean, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), located in a beautiful, peaceful area. You can cook your own meal, or you can order something from the nearby restaurants. The host is very friendly, helpfully and provided us all the information we needed. We enjoyed everything… the traditional products, the outdoor patio, the house, the terrace, the view and last but not least, the barbecue space which was awesome. Perfect if you are looking for a urban disconnection. Most definitely we are going to return!

Immaculate cleanliness, very kind staff and delicious food at the restaurant with reasonable prices. The surrounding landscape is gorgeous and can be fished in the lake next to the guesthouse. The pools are very clean and the water is heated. Towels are provided for sunbeds. In conclusion, a wonderful location that we highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at Casa Basarab in Călimănești, and this is mostly due to Mr. Alexandru, an exceptional host! From the very beginning, he welcomed us with great warmth and hospitality, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is gorgeous, very clean and well maintained, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We appreciated the attention to detail and the great recommendations he gave us about the sights in the area. We highly recommend Casa Basarab to anyone who wants an authentic and enjoyable experience in Călimănești. We will definitely come back!

À beautiful garden with lots of flowers, cosy atmosphere. The swimming pool wasn’t working yet, I would have liked to know it in advance. But the place is a gem. Quiet, tasteful, friendly host.

Daniela's place was absolutely beautiful. I am a clean freak and I am always nervous about the cleanliness of the accommodations when I travel. But everything was very clean and well maintained, from the yard and to the bathrooms, towels and bedsheets. As an added bonus, plenty of parking on site and effortless check in and check out. We had a very nice and comfortable stay and we'll definitely come back.

We were a group of 6 spending a night at Alina’s house in our way to Salt Mine . We have only great words about this location, easy to find and check in, spotless clean with everything you need . I really recommend this location for everyone who wants to visit Turda.
