Holiday rentals with a patio in Romford

Booked this apartment as it was convenient to get to for a film shoot we had at London Excel. Pictures and description matched perfectly, Faisal was super responsive to all of my questions, and we’ll definitely stay here again when the need arises. Great accommodation in a perfect location!

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

I couldn’t fault it, perfect location when I’m working nearby. Parking was right outside. The only small annoyance if I had to find one was that the previous occupiers rubbish wasn’t taken out so I disposed of that with mine as per the house rules :) A tv in the bedroom would be amazing and the fan doesn’t work but thankfully the apartment kept cool in the heat. Would highly recommend and I’ll be back in touch when I’m next due to be in the vicinity. Thanks so much!

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Friendly host who was easily reachable via chat. Place was spacious, cosy and had all the necessary amenities. E.g. You could buy food from the Tesco mart below and cook in the kitchen that had all the needed cooking utensils and basic condiments (salt/pepper/olive oil). Place was walkable to most train stations or bus stops to popular local tourist spots. Highly recommended!

The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated—exactly like the photos. It had everything I needed, from a comfy bed to all other amenities. The host was super friendly and responsive. would absolutely stay here again! 10/10

Had some difficulty finding the place, with the pictures not super clear. Otherwise couldn't have asked for a better location and the apartment was great.

Julia was lovely and so quick to reply! The kitchen and looking out on to the garden were my favourite. We were attending a gig at the Tottenham Stadium so needed somewhere we could chill to get ready. The kitchen made the best spot to relax before getting ready. The main bedrooms are a great size and the house didn’t have a lot of noise from the street or neighbours It was easy to get there and back from the gig. And Julia was so helpful and friendly!

A great stay at Matthew's place! So much space for relaxing and felt right at home. It is well furnished with high quality furnishings and literally stocked everything we needed to be a home away from home! Look forward to returning again soon!

The beds were amazingly comfortable. Very well equipped. Spacious with a lovely garden. The welcome hamper was a brilliant touch.

We had such a great stay at Alex’s place. It felt super cosy and welcoming from the moment we walked in, the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The area is quiet, but the tube is really close, so getting into central London was super easy. Alex was great, always quick to reply and really friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

This is one of the best Air Bnb’s we have ever stayed in. It felt like our own London home. The decor is amazing and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Loved being in a more residential area after our days of exploring busy London! We hope to be back someday! I could not recommend this place more!

Monika's place was lovely, really clean and lovely furnishings. It's a very short walk to the cloud car and local shops, would recommend.

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

What a beautiful home. Felt relaxed as soon as we popped the cases down and popped the kettle on. Two very comfortable sized and comfy bedrooms and a bright, clean and sizable bathroom. The main living area was as seen in the photos, loved the array of books and record player was just an added bonus. Kitchen area had all you need for cooking, so don't worry about bringing anything. Abigail was such an attentive host, checking in to make sure we were not in need of anything. Thank you for making our stay in London more enjoyable. Would recommend without reservation!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Eva and her husband were very helpful throughout the process! When it turned out to be an exceptionally hot day/evening in London, they contacted us offering to deliver an extra fan to be sure we were comfortable as well as graciously providing another item we requested. We were a bit further than we had realized from the city center at this location, but we really enjoyed taking an uber boat from the nearby pier to The Tower of London, so it worked out well for us! Thank you again, Eva, for such a great stay!😊

The apartment was in a great location with a bus stop close by on the main road but the apartment was far enough away from the main road to be surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The gated car parking space was a real bonus. Everything needed was supplied and the furniture and fittings were of a good quality. Saba was super helpful before and during our stay and always responded promptly. If you dont want go go into London nearby highlights are Lloyd Park and the lovely Walthamstow Wetlands. A great place to stay if you are happy with a little journey on public transport into London. We would stay again.

Alex met us at the DLR station across the round from the apartment. He was very friendly and welcoming, and shown us how to access the apartment, and the facilities within the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything needed. Situated in a great spot for getting public transport to the different parts of London, Highly recommend.
