Questa posizione ci permette di essere un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le città vicine, trovandoci a circa un'ora sia dal centro storico di Bologna che da quello di Firenze

La casa è collegata alla via principale, tramite una strada di circa 700 metri semi-asfaltata e si trova a circa 2 km dal centro del paese di Monghidoro, a metà strada fra Bologna e Firenze.
