Relax in this charming and cozy summer cottage in scenic surroundings by Skæring beach close to Aarhus C: -300 meters to Cutting beach (2 paddle boards) -15th min. drive to Aarhus C. -30th min. to Mols Bjerge -good shopping opportunities close by The cabin is surrounded by a lovely large terrace with dining table (heat lamps), large barbecue and a 6 person outdoor spa that is warm all year round. There are two bedrooms (double beds) and three sofas in the living room. The house has a heat pump and wood-burning stove.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with great views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of, among other things, "cinema" coziness with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box spring mattresses.

A nice newer family friendly year-round summer house in the woods - 109m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. It is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and wifi that covers the entire 3000m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is available on Saturdays. There may be some bugs at times.

Find outdoor activities like hiking and MTB routes just 100 meter from the house. If you enjoy golf you can try out the 18-hole golf course (paid)
