The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is located in a peaceful and child-friendly neighborhood with a view to nature. Nearby are shopping facilities, cafes and playgrounds. The house is practically furnished and contains the facilities that make everyday life easy. The house has a spacious double bedroom as well as two children's rooms with bunk bed and box mattress. The house also contains a large utility room, newer kitchen, bathroom and two toilets.

Large detached house in Rønne, Bornholm

Child-friendly detached house. Fenced gardens with play facilities, large south/west facing terrace and indoors we have both a fireplace room furnished as a play area as well as a playroom. In addition, we have a baby travel bed. In the bedroom is a large sleeping bed of 2x3 meters. We have sauna. Barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas and awning. You can park in our carport. Note: We have two cats that can be kept out with doors closed + three rabbits who are happy to fill up with food and drink bowls during the stay.

Large charming villa close to forest and beach.

Plenty of space inside and out, you have the forest just outside the door and 700m to the sea. The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Sorthat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites long hiking and running, beach baths, picnics, sunset, and vacation. It has great mountain biking routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

Luxurious cottage with the most beautiful ocean view

With this renovated and charming summerhouse, you get one of Bornholm's finest sea and forest views. You live with your own exit to the forest and overlooking the most beautiful sunset over the sea. You can also see Hammershus from the house. The wood decks around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, the water, the forest and the hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Experience the beautiful island of Bornholm in a lovely house in Rønne, right by the sea, where there are stone stairs where you can swim and SUP board (Borrow our SUP boards). Havhusets gæsteafdeling på 84 m2, er beliggende 100 meter fra kystlinjen. Nordøst for huset går der en gangsti til Allinge, hvor en vandretur byder på smukke klipper og sandstrande. Fra køkkenvindue og badeværelsesvindue er der hav-kig. I 2023 blev der bygget feriehuse på grunden foran mit hus. Så nu er udsigten klods på klods. Central beliggenhed med blot 400 m. til Tejn havn hvor daglig-brugsen, Penyllan Brewery og Smedjen- Streetfood, ligger. Ovenfor på Nordre Strandvej findes Brødre Bageri.

Our spacious home boasts an exceptional location directly by the sea, offering breathtaking views of the water. The house serves as the perfect starting point for exciting hikes and experiences. Tejn is considered one of the most up-and-coming towns on Bornholm at the moment. Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

Villa in the first row with large garden and small annex

140 sqm house with 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area, divided over 3 floors and a small annex. Our house is located in the first row directly facing east and the sunrise. Our small town is called Aarsdale and contains both Mikkeller Bar and Gorms Pizza, and is even just 3.5 km south of Svaneke. We have a sit-on-top kayak in the garage including life jackets that can be used. In addition, we have a trampoline in our lovely wild garden, and a table tennis table in our basement.
