Hiking trail (Kungsliden-Blekingeleden) passes by the house. The house is 70 m2 + 20 m2 loft. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which has a door to the loft. Open floor plan, large terrace in southwest location overlooking pastures. Good parking. 4 km to beautiful Ronneby Brunnspark and adventure pool.

Close to two sea beaches, 10-15 min walk. 2 bicycles are available to borrow, a man's and a woman's bicycle. Large barbecue areas with tables and benches are available at both beaches. Perfect place for fishing, cycling and hiking excursions. Stone wall at the property boundary, where llamas walk and graze and peek curiously.
